- pretty decent for a budget option - Elliott, 2 August 2018
as my first "gaming" branded keyboard iv been able to get , its not to shabby . really nice low profile laptop like keys make it very nice for those extended coding sessions , can however make it slightly tedious to get used to when your gaming but eventually your used to it . nice suttle RGB with breathing effects . it is quite light and has a cheap feel to it but itll get the job done . has a nice rubbery texture along the keys and the board itself .
the cable is decent enough quality for the price point . decent length so that isnt a problem .
Overall if you like the low profile laptop keys and suttle factor , you can look into a keyboard like this . For gaming however i would rather reccomend getting a proper mechanical keyboard ( something like the Vara ) as you do end up pressing the wrong keys quite alot at first and it can take some getting used to - Cheap, You get what you pay for. - Dawie, 15 May 2018
Okay so while performance wise this keyboard is good enough especially regarding it's anti ghosting features.
My problems start with the fact that it has a really cheap feel to it and keys get stuck a lot. I had space bar getting stuck enough times to make me regret my purchase.
It also didn't even last that long with me, although I am quite hard on my keyboards.(Lasted around a year, more or less)
(My alt and space key started behaving oddly and would either insert time and date in a text field or refresh my web page which made typing impossible)
Lastly there is no real point for it to be a full RGB keyboard since the fixed red stripe kinda forces you to always use red even though the other colors look better in most cases.
If you are looking for a great budget gaming keyboard, I highly recommend looking at the Redragon Vara K551 Mechanical gaming keyboard which isn't a lot more expensive, but well worth the money, it's even my best keyboard overall because it is such a great keyboard at such a low price. (Almost too good to be true)
