They agreed to rebuild it, process a refund for the difference, and courier it to us in Langebaan. Five days later, I received the computer. It was packaged very well, and I was incredibly excited. But when I connected everything, another disaster struck: the hard drive power cables hadn't been plugged in. **The Saving Grace:** This is where Chris, the Technical Manager, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. As someone who is semi-technical, I worked with Chris to figure out the unclicked power cables, but we soon realized there was a bigger issue at play. In a country filled with mediocre services, wootwares customer service and swift delivery will deffs put a smile on your face!! Ordered my new monitor on wednesday and got it on friday!

Wootware is amazing, ordering a product that was supposed to arrive 2-3 days after. It arrived the next day at my door. Has everythong I would ever need and also really responsive. I am really happy that wootware exists and its my number 1 option.
