    The communication between Wootware and the client is amazing. They keep you updated with anything revolving around your order. With one of my orders, my product had to be order from the supplier and there was an unexpected delay from the supplier side. They informed me immediately per email and even gave me the option to send the in stock products earlier than the delayed product with no additional shipping cost. The delayed order even came with a note apologizing for the delay with some extra sweets. Exceptional service!

Wootware was founded in 2007. Our plan was simple: let's make it easy for people to buy PC parts online, affordably with delivery to their door.
Retail stores had sky-high pricing, were poorly stocked and were slow to bring in the latest technology. And thus the dream (Wootware) was born.

Fast forward a few years (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) and that dream became a reality. What started out in a garage now occupies a factory, delivering nationwide via door-to-door courier at the best pricing around.
