    Quite unbelievable quality of service. Order placed on Sunday and early Monday morning received email that order is being packed. Four hours into business day got email that shipment is waiting for courier to collect. Outstanding!!!

    Customer service is above excellent. Whether you are just getting a controller or having them build your dream pc, your satisfaction is always what matters to them. I went with having them assemble my dream build and install windows. Truly this is how life should be. Letting the professionals handle all the hard work and when it arrives I can just plug & play/work with a clean and organized build. I do have to note that upon arrival the top 2 side fans weren't lighting up (first image). It was a quick fix with 2 unplugged cables. I'm sure if needed they would even guide you on fixing it. Overall I highly recommend Wootware and it's custom pc builder. Probably the best South Africa gets.

    Service outstanding as always, expected a delay from them (as an email was sent) but still hot the park early, the cooler I bought was in perfect condition and works amazing out of the box and has been an amazing upgrade. Wootware was founded in 2007. Our plan was simple: let's make it easy for people to buy PC parts online, affordably with delivery to their door.
Retail stores had sky-high pricing, were poorly stocked and were slow to bring in the latest technology. And thus the dream (Wootware) was born.

Fast forward a few years (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) and that dream became a reality. What started out in a garage now occupies a factory, delivering nationwide via door-to-door courier at the best pricing around.
