    Love Wootware, the Co. I work for has been purchasing very well built laptops for many moons now, i purchase from them in my personal capacity to. Support staff are on the ball, i dont recall having sent back any machines we purchased from Wootware, YES, can recommed for your IT hardware, laptop purchases!

    Excellent email based service. A lot of email correspondence and order changes could have been avoided if I could have made a call or two. For someone non-technical, I had to spend a lot of time researching stuff (and I'm still not sure if it is a good assembly of components I selected). I would even go so far as to pay for an advisory service to assist in selecting components, instead of making decisions based on no experience.

    I cannot recommend Wootware enough. After a nightmare experience with a major retailer (I shall not name) regarding a Zenbook 14, I reached out to Wootware. Their team responded in minutes. Even though I was still waiting on a refund from the other shop, they were incredibly patient and processed my order the moment I was ready. The laptop arrived the very next day! Beyond that, their technical advice is always upfront and honest. I recently made a mistake and ordered a Wi-Fi adapter that didn't fit because of my thick GPU (total user error on my part), and the return process was still the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. They simply asked for my address and handled the rest. As a developer and gamer, this is the only place I’ll be buying my tech from now on.

Wootware was founded in 2007. Our plan was simple: let's make it easy for people to buy PC parts online, affordably with delivery to their door.
Retail stores had sky-high pricing, were poorly stocked and were slow to bring in the latest technology. And thus the dream (Wootware) was born.

Fast forward a few years (and a lot of blood, sweat and tears) and that dream became a reality. What started out in a garage now occupies a factory, delivering nationwide via door-to-door courier at the best pricing around.
