Wootware - South African Online Computer Store

I've been using Wootware for a little over a year now, and i must say that they are the closest thing to a perfect only store I've ever the pleasure of using. In the year or so I've bought XFX Merc 7900XTX Ryzen 7 5800X3D ID Cooling 360SL AIO Gigabyte Aurous Elite v2 Kingston 16gb of RAM Wootware 27" 1440p 120 Hz monitor. Before i continue, let me preface by saying that PC building and these parts are not cheap, especially at the higher tiers. However, Wootware, for some reason or another, are consistently the cheapest storefront to by these parts as well as having a significantly higher variety of parts that the have in stock, It's at a point that if I can't find it on Wootware, I don't bother looking anymore since I know it wont be anywhere else. I do use some over the other storefronts here and there, but it's so hard to justify using anything else when Wootware always seems to have what I want at the most reasonable price possible Each time I've made an order,. the process is quick, the part arrive much earlier than the estimated time that they set themselves, and most importantly. the condition of the part has always been, excellent. But the most importantly and special thing about Wootware, and why I'm even writing this review, is how they handle the RMA and returns process. I accidently bought the wrong motherboard, and when I realized my mistake. I was expecting a "we are sorry, but it's your fault" type of response because I had made a mistake, and they just sent me what i order. i was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and proactive they were with the whole return process, they constantly kept me in the loop, they answered every stupid question I asked about the process and most importantly they never made me feel like they weren't taking my issues lightly. The fact they even took it back, shocked me. But after they did their due diligence with the part. They offer me either a refund or store credit. I went with the credit, since i still needed a MOBO. The whole process from receiving the wrong MOBO Filing an RMA The whole communication between me and them Sending the MOBO back Them doing their due diligence and me finally get the MOBO I wanted, took exactly one week, and that was extended because the weekend. The whole process made what could have easily been a frustrating mistake into a wonderful experience. Wootware is the type of store you gladly recommend to anyone and anyone. The only thing I would want is a store in the Johannesburg area, but that's just me being greedy 😂. 10/10 store. would recommend to anyone looking for anything related to PC's
