- Great mobo - Adil, 28 March 2018
Would 10/10 recommend this to anyone who wants to buy it
- Great board - Wurminator, 16 January 2018
Great board, no memory compatibility issues running 2666Mhz ram @ 3066Mhz gskill ripjaws 5. Just update bios to latest version. Very good power delivery with the digi VRM and super good OC potential. Got my Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.95Ghz all cores stable with 1.3v only! Bunch of other great features especially the ASUS voltage and short protections. Only issue i have is the 3 total fan headers of which 2 are chassis and 1 CPU might be a problem for some.
- Overall great - Wehan, 30 May 2017
Pros:
Looks good
Has heat sinks that are not flimsy and works (24c idle and 44c load with Prime)
Bios updates are coming in good and easy to update
Easy to overclock components
Some red lights and glows here and there
6 SATA
USB 3.1
Cons:
Mounting the graphics card was the most difficult. Its still not even in properly but it works.
Seems like its positioned slightly toward the back to much and with the new clip on the slots - its makes it very difficult.
I ended up removing a piece of the box to get the card in and then tighten it back. I got a 470 red devil - might just be the combination of the 2...
Only 2 chassis fan (I new it when I bought, so was prepared)
Memory compatibility is still crap for the budget OC. 2133 is as far I get from BIOS with TridentZ 3200cl6 8x2
Previous bios version allow for higher oc of these e-die kits (they are not B-die)
Overall very happy with the board, except for the pcie slot. 3rd board in my case and this is the only one I had trouble mounting a card.
Memory issues will pan out overtime. Overall I can recommend this board.
