ASUS ROG Strix Go 2.4 Virtual 7.1 Black Wireless Gaming Headset

No more cables! What a pleasure.
Audio quality is fine for Teams and the odd movie or music.
My only issue is the cup size - slightly smaller than my wired JBL headset. Seals well and comfortable. Does feel as if there is more 'air pressure' on my ears with the smaller cups.
Would I recommend it, yes

very comfortable. fits over ears. Sound is great on calls. Can't walk to far from laptop before connection is lost but it is decent. I really like it. just need a way to figure out how much battery is left, but that is the only con.

Best headphone purchase so far! These are the best and can be very loud especially with the Armour crate configuration to adjust settings such as Bass. I use them for my desktop gaming and listening to Utube music, you just need to adjust for Gaming or Music for best sound in armour crate if using Wireless. If using cord (3.5mm Jack) then the windows sonic sound is also good but at first i struggled to setup for good sound.

Very happy with this purchase. The sound is not good out of the box, but it was very easy to setup, adjust and equalize with the Armoury Crate app. The 7.1 sound works very well and makes for a good addition to the gaming experience. It comes with a great case to store the headset with the accesories and the bundled USB-C to USB-A cable is a 3.0 so it's also a great cable for external drives, controllers (even a dualsense), etc. Easy to recommend.

The Asus Strix Go 2.4 is a nice piece of equipment. Probably one of the nicer sounding headsets I have had in a while. After 1 week of heavy use for work and mostly CP2077 gaming, I can say the following:

The range. Decent to good. I have managed about 12 feet and not line of sight of the USB dongle.
The sounds Out of the box, not too much bass and you can hear some of the highs quite nicely. This is all configurable in the software provided.
The fit. The fit is snug but not skull crushing. I was concerned about the on ear fit rather than the over ear fit but they were unfounded. I use the for extended periods of use with discomfort only creeping in around the end of the work day.
The mic. Its Discord and Teamspeak certified and I haven't had any issues during Zoom sessions.
The battery life. I have had zero issues with the battery after a week of use. You can see the remaining battery percentage in the software.
Comes with nice "hard shell" carry case. Not that I use it often as I use this headset daily.
The USB charging cable is a great length. About 1m long.

The software. Easy to install. Easy to update software. Easy to update firmware.

Some people gripe about the USB-C dongle blocking PC ports. They are right, it is a weird shape...for a PC. But you can connect this dongle to a phone with USB-C or Nintendo Switch. Then it starts making sense because an elongated dongle would be bumped and get in the way a lot on a handheld unit.
