I bought this fan to replace an existing 140mm Cooler Master fan in my case. This fan is much quieter than the old fan and also features the controllable RGB lighting that works with my motherboard. It's dead simple to get going, although this fan doesn't have arrows on the frame to indicate which direction the blades spin and which direction the air flows - you'll have to plug in the fan first and run your PC to find out.
The power and RGB cables should reach for most installs, but if you need something longer due to custom cabling work, do yourself a favour and get some extension cables.
