This cooler is probably not for the hardcore enthusiast. I just didn't like the look of my "finned heatsink" fan so I purely purchased this for aesthetics, as I was going for a red PC build. Really easy to install. The manual is a bit lacking for worded literature but the easy to follow diagrams are...well...easy to follow. The only thing that tripped me up was the electrical connections to the mobo. As I have never used closed loop water cooling, I had to do a little bit of digging.
There is one, 3 pin connector coming from the pump and then there are two fans for the radiator, each with 4 pin connectors on. My mobo was a bit lacking with the connectors for the pump and the two fans so I had to remove 1 of the stock case fans to enable me to drive both radiator fans. Most tutorials on the web will advise to put the pump's 3 pin connector into the CPU_FAN port of the mobo however, this would have left me with only 1 remaining connector for a fan. As my ASUS 370P had a dedicated AIO pump connector, I opted to plug the Coolermaster pump into that, leaving with a CPU_FAN connector for the one radiator fan and a CH_FAN connector for the other. Thought this info might be helpful to other users.
In summary:
Great price on a closed loop liquid cooler, compared to some others
Really quiet (you will hear some liquid "trickling" every now and then after startup but goes away after a few min)
Awesome looking
Brought my idle CPU temp down from 35 - 38 degrees to 29 - 32 degrees
Definitely recommended
