Great airflow across a wide RPM range and absolutely silent operation at almost any fan speed. My graphics card (XFX RX 6800 XT) is more audible at 60% fan speed than a full compliment of these at 100%. I'd strongly recommend them to anyone. The non-pro versions are admittedly better value for money with the only difference being no rubber pads at the mounting points.

They certainly do blast air, but with 3 of these up front in my case, they are pretty loud to my ears. If you set your them to 75% of max RPM (about 1800 RPM) they are not too noisy though. At 1200 RPM or below (50% speed) you can't really hear them.
This fan is PWM and cannot be completely stopped - minimum speed is about 25%. - Very good performance. - Jarrod, 10 October 2017
I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of air this fan pushed, but more importantly that it can do it VERY quietly. My one ramps up to 2500rpm and I can confidently say that the only thing I hear are fan blades cutting through air, no other mechanical noise from the magnetic bearing or the motor. Genuinely quite fan at all speeds.
