| Realistic UHD Picture Quality | The Samsung UE590 UHD monitor offers PC viewing, gaming, and more, all in enhanced Ultra HD picture quality. With a resolution that's four times higher than Full HD, this ultra high-definition (UHD) monitor delivers images that use 8 million pixels for a more realistic picture. |
| AMD FreeSync | Enjoy smooth images, even during fast-moving scenes. AMD FreeSync dynamically syncs the screen refresh rate with the frame rate of your content to minimize input latency and dramatically reduce image tearing and stutter during gaming. Plus, with a fast 1 ms response time, you'll see fast on-screen motion clearly and smoothly with less motion blur, judder, and ghosting. |
| More than 1 Billion Colors | This UHD monitor features 64 times more color than conventional monitors - 1 billion colors. That means that movies, games, and other multimedia content appear detailed, natural looking, and realistic. More colors also ensure a smoother transition between different tones for a richer, more accurate picture. |
| Easy Multitasking with PIP 2.0 | With Picture-in-Picture (PIP) 2.0 technology, you can watch your favorite movie or video in one window while simultaneously working on a spreadsheet. PIP 2.0 maintains the source's original resolution--up to Full HD--so you enjoy a crisp, clear picture. You can also adjust the size and position of the PIP window to fit your needs. |
| Connectivity for UHD-Compatible Devices | You can connect multiple Ultra HD devices, like PCs and gaming consoles, to the UE590. There are two HDMI inputs as well as one Display Port input on the back panel. Enjoy upgraded HDMI support with an upgraded HDMI (v2.0) that supports UHD resolutions at a 60 Hz refresh rate, so 4K content plays smoothly without delay. |
| Eye Saver Mode | Eye Saver Mode optimizes your viewing comfort by reducing blue light emissions and flickers at the touch of a button. Read documents, play games, watch movies and edit photos for longer periods of time, and experience a more comfortable view, without worrying about eye strain or fatigue. | Warranty Information |

- Good Buy - Neville, 26 January 2021
Coming from 1080P to 4K is a good move
this screen although not IPS and tend to discolour from angles is still a good buy.
Ran this on the XFX Radeon RX 6800 and my Aorus 1080 with no issues, worked on Freesync and Nvidia G-Sync
will recommend this screen to anyone thinking of upgrading. - Best Price/Quality - Andreas, 30 July 2019
Coming from 1080p 60hz 24'' to this monster of a 4k 60hz 28'' is a big difference.
Size of this panel is impressive but welcomed with open arms as i get immersed into any and all games i play.
Coming from an IPS panel to this TN panel does take getting used to as the colors look a bit different but the responsiveness of this panel is on a entirely different level, my snapshots are on point xD
Brightness is insane, i actually had to tone it done to 20% as im not used to it.
Ever watch a 480p video on 1080p, well its the same as this when you watch a 1080p video on this 4k display.... my internet is ruined forever now, the difference is quality is so huge i cant ever go back.
Gaming on this is 'weird' running a rx vega 56 (clocked at 1200mhz, waiting on waterblock) most games work at high 60fps no issue, others like rage 2 run at 30fps no matter if its on ultra or low, the games that run well look amazing, no more need for any anti-aliasing.
Biggest downside to this monitor is the lack of height adjustable stand, lack of usbs and the range of the freesync (54-64, can be overclocked)
This monitor is definitely worth the price and i would recommend it anytime.
