This unit works as it should, quiet and has helped me out in 2 power failures so far, providing ample time to shut down safely.

I originally ordered an Eaton 5E2000iUSB 5E 2000VA Gen1 but the unit went faulty within 3 months. Wootware's support was fantastic during this period, they kept me up to date and offered me a refund or replacement. I opted for the slightly smaller version which I am very happy with. The whole duration could've been shorter but it takes time to collect, assess and replace...so all in all, thank you Wootware for your fantastic support!!
