A bit against getting it, as it felt like it was bloated icons.
Then decided to get it, was I wrong, this is a little treat, everything is quick and easy, multi folders, media control, Teams controls. It just adds more to my productivity. I work from home, so this is sweet to my working enviroment, once the day ends, I click a button and everything work closes on my desktop, another button and all my gaming platforms load, that's awesome!

I have to admit, it takes some time to set up. You'll be deleting and reloading the layout quite a bit until you're happy.
