As for the build quality, it is very solid and well-built for the pricing. Biggest complaint would be the fan, as small fans do tend to whine a lot and make audible noise, especially when it's late at night and you sit right next to the case. Despite the fan noise, it is not an irritating noise, and one can easily ignore it after a while, but for the price it is a small compromise.

This PSU has reasonable build quality. The fan is always on. It is the most noisy component in the build I used it for. If you plan on using this for a desktop build you will notice it.
