G.Skill F4-2400C15D-16GFX FlareX 16GB (2x8GB) 2400MHz DDR4 CL15 1.2V Desktop Memory

Used this ram with an MSI X470 Gaming Plus motherboard, which appears in the QVL list of compatible motherboards for this ram. It is advertised to run 2400mhz @ 1.2volts but not guaranteed to run 3200Mhz at 1.35 volts CL14, you must not expect to get those speeds buying this particular kit and take not of the title. This I knew from the start but thought to try my luck since the guaranteed 3200Mhz CL14 version of this costs over R3000. I managed to do CL 14 - 16 - 16 - 16 - 36 @ 2933Mhz 1.36 volts stable. I could boot into windows at 3200Mhz CL 18 but immediately got ram errors and blue screen, eventually settled on the aforementioned. You could probably get higher clock speed by relaxing the timings, but I settled with tight timings and very decent clock speed. My gamble paid off, but don't expect the same results as me, there are still minute manufacturing differences that could cause you to get worse, or maybe even better results. Either way, if you know how to OC ram and want to save a buck, try the less expensive kit, but if not just spend the extra dosh.
