Very good service from Wootware. I was kept up to date with delivery / stock etc. from the moment I placed the order. The laptop was well packed for shipping and arrived within 5 business days of placing the order (Johannesburg).

The computer itself is plenty fast, did a few benchmarks and performed really well. The fans are really loud on the default fan speed control settings, this can be adjusted. The build quality is top notch; very solid and professional looking aluminum chassis (photos don't do it justice). I saw a few reviews commenting on the heavy weight, but the laptop feels the same as my other 17 inch laptop, just more sturdy. The power supply is a monster though, possibly due to the high power CPU and GPU. The keyboard is interesting, it's taken me a few days to get used to it. The layout around the numpad and arrow keys is a bit cramped, guess it is something to get used to.

Software wise it came with almost no bloatware. If I have to complain about something it would be that Windows and the hardware specific drivers were not updated prior to shipping. This does take a few hours to sort out. Either way I would definitely recommend using Wootware and would recommend this laptop for anyone looking for a "mobile desktop".

Note: A correction on the specification of this laptop. It is fitted with a RTX 2080 8GB graphics card, not a 6 GB as advertised.
