I'm very glad I learned that this fan exists. This is the perfect solution for cooling specific parts of your computer that conventional airflow otherwise doesn't reach. In my case, airflow wasn't adequately covering my motherboard and attached M.2 SSD's.
The fan doesn't spin overly fast, but the aiflow is more than sufficient, with quiet operation. After installing it to cool my motherboard VRM's and SSD's specifically, both components saw a 10+ degree improvement in temperatures. As an excellent bonus, my AIO cooler's pump runs a little bit cooler now too.
This fan's build material is heavy, and clearly a proper kind of metal, so I suggest only mounting to an equally sturdy point in your case. Regarding its power, it can be connected internally to your motherboard, or if you need to cool something outside your case, such as an external HDD, the fan can also be powered via USB.
The single downside I could think of is the rotational axes of the two joints. They are unintuitive at first, and limit how you can position the fan, but luckily this isn't a deal-breaker.
