Very comfortable, responsive and all buttons easily accessible. Love the mouse.

This has been the best mouse I've ever had. I really enjoy using it for gaming, but there is one problem: I don't like the way it sits in my hand. After hours of gaming my hand starts to become very sore. I wouldn't recommend this mouse for long hours of gaming.

This mouse is nothing short of an excellent experience. I have come from a slightly larger, palm filling Roccat Kone + and I must say adjusting to the shape of this G502 was almost immediate considering both mice have very different designs.

The pros:
1. Very accurate sensor.
2. Good built quality.
3. Extremely well thought out button layout.
4. Easy to use software (once installed, more on this later).
5. Great feel in the hand. My hands measure 17.5cm long by 9cm at my palms wife's point.
6. Although there is really only one main Zone of RGB lighting although they claim 2 Zones with the DPI indicator, I must say the colour is uniform and has a great deal of brightness. I am very happy.
7. The scroll wheel is just an absolute pleasure to use and has really changed the way I use a mouse!

The cons:
1. The feet of the mouse get damaged quite easily in the way of getting 'dented', so make sure you keep it safe while you travel with it
2. If you experience any difficulty with installing the software. I tried installing no less than 20 times and every time I would go to install and saw the progression bar come up my PC would restart for no reason, no error message and no notification indicating why this was happening. I had to go to a friend's place to install the software in his PC and then copy the installed files over to my PC, real pain when you have just spent this kind of money on a product. Turns out Windows firewall doesn't like unsigned licenses on software so in Windows 10 it was just forcefully restarting before the software had a chance to install. Needless to say this was frustrating, disappointing and time consuming to say the least.

Well all in all with the incredibly speedy delivery from Wootware and the mouse and software coming together brilliantly I must say I am beyond impressed and look forward to many years with this mouse

The greatest mouse on the market hands down

Before I bought this mouse I was pretty certain that I did not need anything more than a typical wireless or cheap wired mouse. It was when my friend bought it and I had a chance to feel it out. I was immediately sold on the scroll wheel, it feels very mechanical and precise. It can also be switched to run freely on a bearing, it will spin for about 15 to 20 seconds with a good spin. I find this especially useful when scrolling through long documents and just generally scrolling through stuff.

Apart from the scroll wheel, the accuracy of mouse inputs was the next stand out I experienced, it was noticeably smoother, less fidgety and more controllable in finer movements across the board compared to what I was using.

The next thing is the comfort in hand. So long as you are a right handed person with moderately sized hands you should find this mouse very comfortable to use all day every day.

The features and level of control over the mouse is the next major plus about it, I can't cover all of it here and you would be better off exploring that by looking at some YouTube videos. The features that I find particularly useful though is the ability to change mouse sensitivity on the fly, changing the scroll wheel mode, adjusting the physical weight of the mouse, and lastly the rgb lights are a plus, they can be controlled (along with all the other features excluding the scroll wheel) in the app from Logitech.

Bought this mouse last month, loving it so far, very comfortable and accurate and the scroll wheel such a pleasure to use. Mouse is still a bit heavy even without weights. I highly recommend this mouse to any gamer.
