MSI Z97i gaming AC handles exactly the same as my MSI Z97 Gaming 7.
Copied my overclock profile from my Gaming 7 to this Gaming AC and it booted without issue. i7 4790K @ 4.4Ghz @ 1.25v
If I had to nitpick, my only complaint would be how the motherboard did not come included with screws to attach it to the case.
The wireless card is removable. (it is hidden inside the antenna screw-on mount.)
Wootware handily included a printed page about customer satisfaction explaining how to check for any socket-damage before installing the CPU.
