- Surprisingly Powerful! - Marco, 21 May 2019
I bought this card to spruce up a near-obsolete desktop computer at my workplace. To my great surprise, it outperforms an old Geforce GTX 760, which was my home computer's GPU of choice for over three years.
At 100% usage, this card hasn't yet run hotter than 60 degrees, with the fan on a custom curve to 80% of its speed at that temperature. Even then the fan is relatively quiet within an otherwise ordinary chassis. Titles like Metro: Last Light Redux run well over 60 frames per second at 900p. I have not had the chance to benchmark at full 1080p yet, but if my old GTX 760 could handle it, chances are good that this card will too.
Excellent value for its price-point, a feature I have come to expect from Palit GPUs. Recommended!
