- Coolest 1080p GPU. - Matthew, 13 September 2019
If you're concerned about heat, then get this GPU. I was super cautious when choosing a GPU for 1080p gaming, and this one out performs pretty much everything else. RX580/590 run SIGNIFICANTLY hotter and that was a major concern for me. Playing Battlefield 5 on ultra for 6 hours, I never saw the GPU rise above 62 degrees. Added to the fact that I have a stock fan NZXT case which does perform fairly well on cooling. Spend a little extra on this card over the slightly cheaper RX580, you'll get a way cooler card and not have to worry about thermal throttling!
