Overall I'm really impressed with Phanteks products. I have a mesh front case and wanted fans that would provide as silent intake possible. Probably the best budget buy for really quiet fans with an acceptable rpm range. If you're looking for a silent PC, stay under 30dB for case fans.

These are great fans. They nice an quiet while giving nice airflow. The quality is nice and premium. The included mounting options could be better though. It comes with 4 rubber pins and 4 thick short screws. I would have liked to see some extended screws as I mounted it in my Evolve Mini ITX case and the screw holes were too small for the thick regular fan screws or for the pins. Other than that, not bad at all.

Great replacements for stock 140mm case/ radiator fans.
Comes with rubber padding at each corner to minimize vibration & rubber plugs to mount the fan, has nice sleeved cables that are longer than most other fans do.
Highly recommended.
