- R9380 worth every Rand - Dharfeur, 13 December 2015
Thanks to Wootware for allowing me to buy my graphics card directly with them because I I'm always sceptic about online websites but Wootware is amazing I bough the R9380 about a week ago it play most games on ultra first time buying AMD, most benchmarks show that the R9 380 performs better than the GTX 960 4 GB this is probably due to the bigger 256 bit memory bust, even though the GTX 960 has faster clock rates that means nothing... This is a must pick up better performance than the GTX 960 plus the R9 380 currently cheaper, only reason why it's a 4 star it runs hot but my cooling in my case is good average is 70
- Great Card - Rhet, 12 October 2015
Card runs the new Battlefront on ultra 1080p. I would recommend this card given the price on Wootware is a crazy deal. The only issue is the default cooling settings kicks in a bit late. I installed a tool called Trixx and setup a custom range for when the fans should turn on. Sits 70-80'c on high loads without being too noisy. 4GB helps with large texture maps and 3D design.
- Great card for the price - Jaco, 22 July 2015
Immediately grabbed this on special since it has 4GB VRAM, and you will easily pay R1k more for a card from another board partner with the same amount of memory. Size-wise it's no bigger than my old HD6850 and will fit just about any case. Performance thus far has been fantastic; you can run 1080p max settings on just about any title. The only downside is that the card runs a bit hot due to the smaller fans, and they get a bit noisy at high RPM. It's a minor complaint though. Very very good buy.
