Purchased on Black-friday special.
First card was somewhat DOA, giving inconsistent display corruption and artifacts as well as an incredibly loud whining noise from the board.
Chris @ Wootware suppoort promptly organized collection, with dawn wing arriving about 3 hours after I discovered the card was DOA.
Currently awaiting replacement unit.
Impressed with Wootware for support, not impressed by Powercolor for letting this board pass QA.

While DOAs are possible with any manufacturer, we're very sorry that you received a card that wasn't functional out-of-box. As a side-note to any future readers of this review, we replaced this GPU with another R9 Nano from another manufacturer as there was very scarce stock of R9 Nanos at launch and it wasn't possible for us to source another PowerColor unit at the time.
The R9 Nano cards themselves are all reference units, sharing the exact same components/design between each manufacturer, with the main differences being warranty-length and bundle (depending on manufacturer).
We have had no further RMAs on any R9 Nanos or any other reported issues (PowerColor or otherwise).
