I absolutely love this product simply of its price range. Its affordable, silent when its required, does the job when cooling components down. The fan speeds can be set by the motherboards fan controlling software.
The negative parts of this particular item is the fact that there are no software to control the rgb of the fans and in order to change the colour or speeds of the fans, one need to open up the case just to set it.
But other then that, the fans are a good buy for the price and would recommend it to anyone.
