I've used this PSU for years. YEARS. It has survived loadshedding. It is efficient. It has supported upgrades through multiple systems. Believe me, this is a GREAT PSU.
Yes it's "semi-modular" but it offers enough for modern components, even today, and does the job properly.
No lie, it is a workhorse. I love it. It never gets hot either. Just lukewarm air.
I was sceptical when I bought it but five years later and not one issue. 100% sold and 10/10. Cheers :)
