- Defective Unit -Tp-Links AC1200 VR400 - Chris, 23 November 2018
I purchased a Tp-Links AC1200 VR400 router/modem and after spending three hours trying to get it to stay connected, I called their tech support. They couldn't get it working either. They offered me an exchange but I am refunding and purchasing a different brand. A brand that doesn't depend on their customers to do their quality control for them.
