The computer boots fast, runs perfectly and is a dream to work with. I ran into a problem where headphones weren't being detected, but reinstalling the audio drivers fixed that. When the laptop isn't plugged in to AC power, it often takes 2 pushes (sometimes more) to start up. Beyond that, performance is exceptional - I use the laptop for programming and gaming, and in both cases the device excels. Staff have been quick to respond to any queries I've had, and I'd happily recommend Wootware.

Speed is excellent, love the colours, the keyboard keys are different from my previous notebook, so my typing speed has slowed down a bit, the battery pack and notebook are both heavier than my previous notebook. But the performance is absolutely a winner, and it was the reason I chose it in the first place.

The laptop is exceptional value, very powerful with a battery that gives you easily half a day of usage away from your desk. The only draw back is the keyboard some times misses strokes and the palm rejection is not the best on the track pad. My only complaint would be the the keyboard and track pad, the included software, screen and feel of the laptop is premium or more than simply good enough.

I use my laptop for 3D design work and data analysis and I have to say the 8G GPU and 6 core CPU are a noticeable upgrade.

If I had one recommendation it would be upgraded TIM as the unit does run hot, I understand I live in Johannesburg and the air is a lot thinner thus reducing the cooling effectiveness of the cooling system but even with a 12c ambient temp now in winter I was easily getting into the 90c on the CPU while gaming.

Other than that it is a brilliant machine will being recommending to friends and family.

So far I have no problems! Looks great, feels great and legitimately fast! Everything I ever wanted :)

I use this as my daily driver at work, and my gaming PC at home. The build quality is amazing, the price for the hardware is amazing, and the overall experience is... well... again... amazing. By far the best laptop I've had, and at an awesome price.

I unfortunately was quite busy with work during the week, and was only able to open my Wootbook on Friday night. And I have to say, I absolutely loved it.

I was at first a bit hesitant, as while I knew of wootware, I did not know of their custom laptops.
But everything about the laptop is amazing, from the chassis to the screen, the actual specifications and the performance.
The laptop is absolutely amazing, and also well priced for the specifications.
I would definitely recommend it to others, both for the actual product and for the great customer service I received from you and the Wootware team.

The WootBook's performance beats most other gaming laptops at this price point. It also has an amazing display and excellent build quality.
