- Good product - Natheem, 9 October 2020
Good card, had a problem installing the amd drivers, my windows were not up to date. Anyways...its running now perfect. Played Gears 5 on medium settings and quality is good, getting above 60fps average.
- Great bang for your buck graphics card - Gunther, 5 October 2020
Totally happy with my new graphics card and thank you WOOTWARE!
Card can be noisy and gets hot which is completely normal, what I suggest is that you use the Radeon Chill feature inside the Radeon drivers and cap you framerate to the maximum of your screen/monitor refresh rate. Helps the card run cooler and use less power. - Good Quality, No problmes. - Kevin, 5 October 2020
This card delivers massive preformenc for its price. It comtee with cards twice its price. Big thank you for Wootware for making this product available for us in S.A.
- Nice card for an economic upgrade - Ryno, 6 August 2020
Had a 1gb card and upgraded to this one. Works really well. Plays most of my AAA games in high graphics with the occasional Ultra High ability.
Now wootware must just special the good o'l MSI Radeon RX 570 Armor 8GB for a good price and i shall grab that too... - Needed a PSU upgrade with 8 pin connector or two 6 pin ones - Nico, 22 July 2020
I tried to install on my older PC with 500W PSU,
But it needed a PSU upgrade with 8 pin connector or two 6 pin ones (there is a 2x6 to 8 pin connector cable inside the thin cardboard partition in the box).
Also make sure your monitor has an HDMI 2.0b or Displayport 1.4 w connector as my usual VGA converter dongles won't fit the plug (tried two different ones, also saw a review where someone said this function is not supported). You would need to get a display port to VGA converter if you want to add a second screen I think.
Order HDMI cable to connect to monitor if you don't have one.
Will review again, when the second batch of stuff I needed to get it to run, arrives. But the service itself from Wootware was professional and prompt. - Very impressed - Kurt, 29 June 2020
Very decent card - to get back into gaming with. Im satisfied with the performance, its not a ultra high performer but its good one to get to play loads of games with high graphics.
- Great service after initial frustration (with faulty hardware) - Vincent, 29 May 2020
I originally bought the XFX RX560 OC 2GB version. I could not get the PC to work for more than 30 minutes, even just watching movies! There was a known issue with the Radeon drivers, but eventually I gave up and sent the card back in. Turns out it was faulty indeed. Unfortunately they didn't have the same card in stock, and waiting for a replacement would take who knows how long. So spoke with Cassidy, negotiated a bit, and then got this card at a bit more of a discount than it was already discounted for. The card works, no more black screens of death!! It's overkill for what I mostly use it (watching movies), but my 5 year old is starting to play games....
- Do business with Wootware - Hanco, 2 March 2020
It was quick and easy to do business with you. You were efficient and we (me and my sons) will definitely do business with you again. My color card is awesome even better than expected!
I am pleasantly surprised with your efficiency!
- Great price to performance - Rudolph, 18 June 2019
The pricing is a bit whacky now, and it seems to be getting more expensive. Blame the ZAR/USD exchange rate, probably. But since most RX570s are still priced at silly pre-mining crash prices, this is definitely one of the best value options available. I got mine at under R1900. But even at the current R2500, it will outperform the Nvidia GTX 1650. It's more power hungry, though. I had to upgrade my PSU to power it. In some games with lots of texture streaming, I feel that the 8GB version would be better, but good luck finding an 8GB version at anywhere close to this price. If you can get it with The Division 2 and World War Z included, it definitely sweetens the deal. I enjoy both games, even though I probably wouldn't have bought them.
As others have mentioned, it's a pretty hot card. Not super hot, but good case ventilation is strongly recommended. Framerate capping also helps to keep temperatures in check. Or try the Radeon Chill feature on supported games. - Best bang for your buck - Viresh, 9 May 2019
Awesome service from Wootware, ordered on Friday received on Monday. Great card for 60+fps @ 1080p. Had a hassle of a time installing it in a Matx mobo though. It was my fault as I 'assumed it would fit'. It is currently blocking two of my sata ports, so be wary of your mobo's layout. It also requires an 8 pin power connector so make sure your psu has one. After careful installation and download of latest AMD drivers, the card works flawlessly, does run a bit hot. Download MSI afterburner and cap framerate if it gets too heated. Would recommend card to low end to mid range budget pc builders.
- Best Price/Performance available. - Faux_Grey, 6 May 2019
Fantastic card for snagging 60+fps at 1080P in AAA titles.
The RX 570 Might be a bit dated at this point but nothing else comes close in terms of pricing.
XFX card does support fan-stop on idle, which is a great feature to prevent dust buildup over time.
If you're looking to build a cheap system, this is the card to go for. - Value for Money - Taariq, 14 March 2019
Performance is very good for the price, in my opinion its a better investment than a GTX1060 3GB or GTX 1050 Ti. The latter would suite people with low powered PSUs in this price segment with the drawback of less performance than this card. AAA titles can be played on high or medium high settings on a 1080p monitor for a smooth 60 fps gameplay.
This card is not known for high quality circuits but it is still a good runner. The cooler is entry level even though it has a dual fan, 2 copper heat pipes and aluminium fins setup; it has a safe but hot temperature range (+- 80 degrees) while stressing the card in games. I appreciate the back plate which is only useful for making cleaning dust off easier and make a card slightly more rigid in not bending. i.e. the heat dissipation of a back plate is a gimmick.
The box comes with a 2 x 6 pin to 8 pin adapter and runs perfectly fine from my low end PSU apart from the coil whine my card produces, which I assume is normal for my entry level quality 450 watt spec'ed PSU.
At the time of writing I have received access to 2 free games from AMD. The code was emailed to me by Wootware. - Great card for the Price - Tobias, 27 January 2019
Coming from Nvidia. I was a bit surprised with how hot this card runs out of the gate. Luckily AMD software lets you set up a custom fan curve without a hassle.
Good card if you are on a budget. Can't really beat the performance at its price-point. Runs decently at 1080p setups. Also helps that it comes bundled with 2 games. (At the time of writing)
- Good performance - Rayza, 10 January 2019
A decent card for the price - the 2 free games is what sold it for me. I'm currently running PUBG with all settings on HIGH at 1920x1080 and roughly 75fps - the game runs smoothly.
