- Great AIO - Vincent, 18 May 2025
I swapped from a dual tower cooler to this 360 AIO.
Cooling a 9950X with air works fine, the dual tower coolers never thermal throttle. The issue is the little spikes you can get on the 9000 series AMD CPUs. The temps will spike briefly and then drop off again. This makes air coolers a bit noisy as the fans ramp up and down.
I expected similar performance with the AIO vs the air cooler. Maybe just running a little quieter. Not only was it way quieter, but the idle and peak temps dropped by more than 10C. Not sure if this is due to the offset mounting or just the thermal capacity of the AIO. It works great, I can't even hear the pump. - Really Impressed - Ryvin, 6 February 2025
I've had a Scythe tower cooler with dual fans on it for a while. I was not happy with the temps of 70/80degrees with most games. Seemed a bit too high from my experience especially on a 12th Gen Cpu. Since purchashing and installing this Arctic 3 - I can safely say I am now getting about 20 to 15Deg lower on my temps. If the Aircon is on, i get about 48/52degress on S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 at 1440p 165hz with almost all the settings on high and a few on epic. I was getting 75 to 80 degrees before, maybe 70 if the aircon is on. On the warmer days with the AC off I get about 60 to 68 degrees on the Arctic 3 which is a still a big difference. Overall am very impressed. Quick and easy installation and i'm surprised by how quiet it is. The fans ramp up a little bit when it starts to hit 65 to 68deg but not that noticeable compared to my tower cooler prior. Thanks as always Wootware for the great service and support.
- Great cooler - Pieter, 2 December 2024
The Artic liquid freezer III really packs a punch, paired it with the new ryzen 7 9800x3d and it keeps it nice and cool. I have to admit it does get a bit loud at times but with my cases closed it is barely noticeable.
- Great AIO - DrNoSkill, 16 October 2024
This AIO cools my 5800X3D very well, cpu idles between 41c and 49c and stays between 60c and 68c while gaming (depending on the game and how many frames you are pushing of course) and the fans on the rad are quiet, the pump as far as i can tell also is quiet in my room.
This AIO replaced my old cooler master AIO because it kept screaming at me randomly from working too hard.
This cooler does not have the same problem but it does come with problems of its own on the installation front, while i am not docking any points for this i still feel the need to warn others that the installation can be a mighty pain, just check the youtube video from Arctic themselves(for AM4,AM5 sockets), it is a joke to be honest, the comments on the video were more helpful than the actual video and since this cooler does not come with an included manual you will probably need some form of instruction to install this thing.
Besides the horrible time installing this thing it has been great and i definitely would recommend it, just pray with the next iteration Arctic includes a manual or makes a better video. - ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 Excellent buy - Jonathan, 12 September 2024
I have done hours of research on buying the correct cooler for my 12900k. When it comes to bang for buck you really cannot go wrong with this particular cooler but don't just take my word for it. "JayzTwoCents" and "GamersNexus" made reviews on this exact cooler and both recommended it with high esteem.
It handles my overclocked 12900k with ease idling at 27 degrees Celsius and not reaching north of 72 degrees while gaming or handling heavy computing tasks. I am very satisfied with this product and how quick Wootware responded and delivered my parcel safely.
Excellent product! - Excellent - CherryBlossoms, 6 June 2024
This is a BIG boy cooler.
easy to install, instructions easy to understand, no unnecessary screws and do that's
cooling is amazing
paired this big boy with a 7800x3d
did run a few benchmarks multi and single core
very satisfied with cooling performance
if you are like me and do not especially like RGB this has non of that making it perfect for a sleek build.
quiet a lengthy pipe connection easy to reach where it needs to go - note i am rocking a Phantecks Enhoo Elite Satin case
this is a super tower so be causes when pairing with a super tower does leave you with minimal choices as I'm sure all other super towers will as well
for those with normal ATX, ATX-E towers there's nothing to fear.
