ASUS M601 ROG Falchion RGB Cherry MX Red Linear Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

I needed to replace a Corsair K70, which gave me about 5-6 years before shorting while the lights were on.

I got this because I wanted more desk space. It's smaller than what I'm used to but still feels hefty, not quite murder weapon territory like the K70.

It feels nice to type on, has decent battery life, and works while charging. The macro and programmable touch bar features are easy to use, but I don't use them much. The bar does function as a battery life display, which is convenient.

A potential dealbreaker to some is that a few keys have unusual sizes (good luck getting a 5.5u spacebar keycap that fits in with whatever weaboo set you will buy).

Awesome keyboard, the button feel is great and the RGB is bright and vibrant. The keyboard is also super compact and gives you a ton more space on your desk. It also has a little touch sensitive volume control on the left hand side which is really awesome. It however took me about 2 weeks to notice this by accident.

This is worth the money as this is a great keyboard with the response time is perfect for gaming, and I have been using it where it is 3 meters away from the receiver and all works perfectly. I can definitely recommend this keyboard as it is a solid keyboard and the perfect size. (Then a Big thanks to Wootware as I was very impressed with the service and the packageing was done real profecionly.)

Honestly, this keyboard sounds amazing and types even better.
Fast to get used to when you come from using a full-size keyboard.
However, the size is amazing as not only does it give you more space to move the mouse if you are an arm controller but it truly gives your setup a clean look and feel along with style.
That, however, are not the best part of this keyboard even though the above-mentioned points are 5 stars, the keyboard looks and feels premium and paired with a price that will make you feel like you struck a bargain.
and should I say anything about the RGB, like damn does it look good. perfect even spread of lighting everywhere with no dark or faded spots anywhere.
Not only that but the presets are amazing to the point where I use the preset I love rather than using the software.
Although there is one downside I found but I believe this is due to the lighting being set to off in the software so every time my PC boots I have to switch to the preset as it is not in the software selection but this is such a small negative as you get used to setting it quickly that it becomes second nature that doesn't even take a second to complete.

All and all this is truly the perfect keyboard with picking up if you want to go wireless but ensure you get the best bang for your buck, dare I even say that this keyboard deserves a higher price tag and I would gladly pay an additional 500 and still feel like I stuck a bargain. It truly is the best keyboard to go for as your first if not last and only wireless keyboard.

I really love the keyboard, but the cable that comes with the keyboard that is used to charge and connect by wire does not work. I had to use the cable for my logitech G733.

Been using this keyboard for about a week now and am very happy with it. The wireless is fantastic, just as good as a wired keyboard. The battery life is also very good, I have it set to turn off after 3 min of inactivity. Cherry MX red keys are great and I love them. The only gripe I have is that the stabilisers get squeaky after a couple of days but after lubing them they are 100%. I have been looking for some time for a wireless kb that has arrow keys and the bonus with this one is that it also has Ins, Del, PgUp and PgDn - ie: 65%. The cover is also a nice bonus and RGB is fantastic! The touch bar on the left is a very nice feature and the fact that you can customise it is what sold me. The ROG Falchion has a quality build, pleasant switch which isn't over bearing in loudness.
Led quality is great. Responsiveness is more than adequate for a wireless keyboard. I recommend the Asus ROG Gaming Leatherette Wrist Rest to pair with this for typing comfort.

A nice little 60% keyboard.

Great quality keyboard. Battery lasts a week without charge. I do switch off the keyboard overnight and use it from morning to night.
The sound of the keys are great, I've no need to mod it to make it sound better for me. I came from blue switches to these reds and it is such an improvement.
The rgb is not the brightest, but does look nice still and isn't really why you want to buy this keyboard.
It does take getting used to if you're coming from a full size, tactile keyboard; but is quick enough.

The only problem I have with it is the stabilisers are, after less than a month's use, scratching and making squeak noises which are very noticeable. While using open back headphones and listening to a zoom meeting, podcast or the like I can still hear them over the audio. This is not what you expect from a high-end keyboard like this, but might be a single unit fault.

Took me some time to get used to the small form factor.... but im glad I have it and it saves up so much space on my desk leaving more room for gaming activities...????

I am really impressed with this keyboard. Solid build with quality keycaps. Battery life is unsurpassed when it comes to portable keyboards. With the keyboard shutting down within 3 minutes when not in use(that can be adjusted) and rgb on 25% ,days later, the battery is still on 100% !. The cover works well to keep the dust out and gives additional height when underneath. The touch volume control on the left hand side also comes in handy. Throw in the layout that included arrow keys(that can be used without requiring the use of the function key) ,as well as up page up and page down and you have all you need.

Lasted 8 days before it go to 10% battery and I put it on charge. This is with my PC on around 15 hours a day and not turning the keyboard off overnight.
It wakes up from sleep and registers the keys you press which is so convenient (so you don't have to wait for it).
The keyboard has a great feel to it.
Software is decent. Aura creator has some nice lighting effects.
Customisation in the software is nice.
Touch panel is pretty cool. Love the battery indicator option. Using it for media controls currently, which takes getting used to but so far so good.
Red switches are really nice to type on while coding. Bit different to my razer greens, but no annoying clicky sound is so much nicer.
I struggled to find a wireless small form factor keyboard and 65% is such a good sweet spot.
