- Amazing kit! - Robbie, 30 November 2023
I must honestly say, I didn't buy this kit for a performance boost over my previous 16GB 2400MHz kit, only for the aesthetics. I did however see a massive performance boost in Battlefield V (only game I tested), from just over 60fps to above 100fps average fps!
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700
GPU: Asus GTX 1660 TI
Highly recommended! - Great product, speedy delivery - Bradley, 2 September 2022
I was super impressed with the speed of the delivery. Puts the competition in the shade! I would definitley recommend Wootware. And I'm planning purchasing another set of these dimms.
- Good looking and Fast - Randall, 10 August 2022
Man I am blown away by this R.A.M kit. At first when I got them the OG package wasn't so nice to look at and no manual. It's by luck when I went on G.Skill site that I saw the ARGB software for the kit, can also be control via motherboard ARGB software but you get more light settings with the G.Skill. Performance is where this kit really shine, no heavy overclock just running at 3200MHz and it is doing the job :) Will add another kit shortly to run 64Gb.
- what an upgrade - Jarod, 24 March 2022
I didn't feel like I was going to experience a massive difference when I upgrade from 16gb to 32gb but let me tell you, you feel the difference, especially when you have to run two to three render applications at once. the most beautiful RGB to ever exist(little bit of a struggle to set the RGB at first but I got it eventually)
- 5 star service - Chad, 4 October 2021
Truly amazing and astounding service paid for profound in the afternoon got it the next day 11:00 was flabbergasted will definitely support Wootware again. The ram is beautiful the rGB looks amazing
- Entirely satisfied - David, 7 June 2021
I was hoping to get 3600MHz, but this was the fastest RAM that was in stock (at time of purchase) and listed as compatible with the Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE. No compatibility issues so far. I thought the RGB would look really cheesy, but I actually quite like it.
- Great so far - Feels, 14 September 2020
Ordered them on a Thursday night and got it on the following Monday morning. They are impressive, 3200mhz on XMP works wonders.
They are solidly built and feel quality for the price. The RGB colours work well with the MSI platform (Mystic Light) and are one of the best looking memory sticks in the market (imo).
Only down side I have had so far is manual overclocking, seems to only support XMP profiles.
+ Pros:
• Great value compared to many counterparts
• RGB is bright and well responsive to multiple RGB sync softwares
• Good build quality
- Cons: (at least for me)
• Does not support overclocking other than XMP. Not a major issue because XMP utilises the full 3200mhz at CL16, which is plenty. - Best RGB RAM on the market - Dewald, 1 September 2020
Upgrading from 8GB to 32GB feels so damn good and the trident Z series does not disappoint. The RGB lights look beautiful and there is software that lets you customize the LED color and movements. The performance is also very good and it just makes my PC look like a beast. Fantastic RAM worth every cent. Rather buy this than Corsair.
- Works brilliantly, and so fun to look at - James, 2 August 2020
Very colourful, syncs with mobo lighting (like mystic light). No issues using XMP on my X570 msi tomahawk to get to 3200 (they will only run at 2133 if you don't change it).
These aren't designed for AMD but work well for me.
Ram chips are black on one side, silver on the other and rgb down the middle. Very cool.
Much cheaper than Corsair, make the change, you won't regret it. - Sweet RAM, but watch the AMD support - Craig, 29 May 2019
This is my first ever G.Skill RAM modules, as previously I only ever used Corsair RAM. I bought these because they are compatible with my motherboard's RGB lighting system, but also because it was affordable and looked very well built. The RGB effect is quite nice, though when you sync it to the motherboard and system, you tend to lose most of the effects and are left with static and breathing options only.
The RAM works very well, but watch out for AMD motherboard compatibility. Any DDR4 RAM will work at basic speeds in AMD boards, but you'll struggle to get to rated or XMP speeds in some motherboards. On the ASRock x470 Taichi Ultimate that I have, the system hangs when trying to use the built in XMP 3200Mhz profile. I'm sure this can be sorted out using a Ryzen memory calculator, but it is something to be aware of. In a few more years, hopefully AMD won't be so picky anymore.
I haven't tried this RAM in an Intel motherboard, but I have a feeling it would simply hit that 3200Mhz profile without issues and perhaps even still have room left to push further. - Best looking RAM - Zekebot, 7 March 2019
Gives a touch of class to a high-end system. Performs great too.
