This card performs so well, i have paired it with the 5700X3D and 1440p gaming runs so well good FPS and runs quiet even under heavy loads, i can recommend this card.

I love this thing!
I upgraded from an RX 6600 to this and the performance gain is MASSIVE.
The card itself is also quite big so maybe consider investing in an anti-sag tool!
It does suck quite a bit of power, but with performance like this I don't even mind!

Running games on highest graphic settings without any issues. Powerhouse of a GPU.

Side note: Fans only power up at around 50C which does generate some heat, but this can be changed with AMD Adrenalin.

Stunning looking card! Best looking one I've had and the RGB is a nice touch. Had a XFX 6800 XT, and while I loved the look of it, once I opened the box for this 7800XT, blew the other one out the water.

Its significantly cooler than the XFX, granted the fans can abit loud, but with a bit of tuning, they can be whisper quiet with slighly higher temps.

Can be quite power-hungry as AMD cards are, but with a little bit of undervolting, it keeps more or less the same performance while pulling less power.

The Gigabyte also has 3 years warranty whereas the XFX only has 2. That alone made me choose this one

I upgraded from a pretty feisty Power Color 6600XT to this amazing piece of machinery and I have no regrets. I can play pretty much anything on the highest graphics settings without worry. It is ray tracing capable, but performance suffers greatly on some of the bigger titles. Otherwise, I regret nothing!

I recently built a mini ITX SFF PC using the Lian Li G99.A4H2O, Ryzen 7 7800X3D 5.0GHz, ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-I GAMING, Corsair CP-9020186 SF750, NZXT RL-KN240-B1 Kraken and Gigabyte Radeon RX 7800 XT GAMING OC 16G. This cools the CPU very well and, under load, runs cyberpunk 2077 (1440p, ultra) at ~75C.

This GPU never really goes above 50C when gaming under load and even when the fan rpm goes up, there is no coil whine or noise that I could hear. Paired with the Kraken, my system runs at an avg of 59-65C across the board.

The fit is snug but works in the Lian Li G99.A4H2O case and it's due to the front panel being able to snap off. The case comes with a riser cable that is easy to install without any issues or card wobble.

I haven't played a bunch with FSR and the AMD optimizations yet but with the raw performance from this card, that I feel is not really necessary. Great step up from my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
