Wootware's support was exceptional. The unit experienced a strange issue and wouldn't turn on a day after unboxing. The team was incredibly helpful, from contacting support to collecting, inspecting, and replacing the unit within a week. Kudos to the Wootware team.

I was also hesitant about whether I should get the Quest 3 instead, but my budget didn't allow it. As a first-time VR user, I am blown away. I wonder what the next upgrade will be... Steam Frame.

This is a great product and the price is reasonable, I bought 1 for myself and my wife claimed it so bought another and now we are both happy. The sevice from Wootware was amazing, delivery was fast with CourierGuy.

I thought long and hard about the choice between the different storage size options. I went with the 128Gb and I'm very happy with my choice, the games are relatively small (1-5Gb) except the AAA games which are 20Gb or so, but what I'm finding is that I have plenty of small games installed, for casual fun, but I only play through one AAA game storyline at a time, so I actually have plenty of free space available.

The choice between the 3 and the 3S was a harder decision for me. Ultimately I couldn't spend the extra for the 3 over the 3S, so it came down to a choice of "do you want to try VR or not". The 3S is slightly bulkier (didn't do my homework and didn't realize this before I bought). The 3S also has slightly worse lenses, apparently the most noticeable effect is blurring at the edges of your vision. I definitely notice significant blurring at the edges of vision if I'm using virtual desktop from my PC or browsing internet, things with a lot of text that spreads out across your field of vision. When you're using the headset "normally", e.g. moving your head around to look at things instead of trying to use peripheral vision then the blurring becomes unnoticeable to me. I can't see myself using it as a productivity tool for working etc. so for gaming where you move your head to keep your eyes looking at the center of the image it's clear enough for me. I do wish the lenses were clearer, but it's definitely not something to ruin the experience.

The built in processor and game library is fantastic for casual fun. Playing games streaming from your gaming PC is even better.

Overall it's what I wanted, an affordable introduction to the current state of VR. I'm having fun, that's what it's all about.

When I purchased the item on the site, the estimated timelines for the order arriving and being delivered were absolutely on point. Communication was clear, prompt, and forthcoming. And my Oculus arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely be ordering from you guys again

From now on using wootware for everything. Box came crisp, timelines were met, i preordered here as soon as it came out was in doubt i was gonna get it but deadlines were met THANKS WOOTWARE, also my 3s is amazing in the dark, hand tracking unmatched.

The Meta Quest 3s is great and definitely the best in its price range. The Quest 3 might be worth paying the extra for, but the 3s, in my opinion is perfect for anybody getting into VR. Also, buy from Wootware, I never knew they existed, but from now on, I will buy most of my IT stuff. Absolutely brilliant, best I have ever dealt with, thank you Wootware.
