Great product, the surface stays smooth and hardly have marks from spills or friction of moving things on top of it. It does not secure dust particles over time. the only issue is how the stitched sides may easily wear out and tear as time goes, the strong smell of the rubberized bottom can surprisingly be tuned out to fade into the background if the smell of rubber does not bother you. The size is big enough to cover the whole work area.
