This card is a beast, in both size and performance. Check the cards dimensions before you buy, to ensure you have enough space in your gamin rig. Also, I highly recommend getting yourself a support bracket of some kind, it's a heavy card and the last thing you want is for your new beloved beast GPU to sag and potentially crack, damaging the card. For the time being I only have 2 x 1080p monitors, but I can tell you the performance is outstanding so far. Multiple games tested, maxed out with very good FPS. Raytracing performance isn't on the level of Nvidia GPUs. At 1080p it's not all that bad, depending on Raytracing settings used. However, at higher resolutions it's going to suffer a performance hit. Hopefully future driver updates will optimize performance more. Thank you to Wootware for delivering this beast to me the day before Christmas, you guys are epic.

I was originally on the fence about this graphics card, especially deciding between this and the 7700XT, eventually, I decided to go with this (at the last minute, the builders at Wootware kindly swapped out my 7700XT that was in their warehouse with this without any problem) I have yet to max out the VRAM on this card, it is quiet, powerful, and futureproofed with its 16gb of VRAM

Let me be honest, its big! Just looking at it makes you feel small. It makes my Mobo look like a Micro ITX. But it is fast, make no mistake. If you have a budget, get this. Highest temp I saw was 52 degrees Celsius. It is massive! I love it!

A great card for playing everything at 1440p at max detail.

Have been mulling over this product for a while and now I get to enjoy all my games on ultra. So far so good, no issues and as always, Wooted up my experience.

Card struggles a lot with ray tracing on 1440p, sub 50 FPS. On 1080p its a beast. Runs quiet and temps never go above 60 on 1440p for me. If you want ray tracing rather go with 4070 super if your budget allows it.

I purchased this card as an upgrade from my 6700xt after switching to 1440p. This card is a beast for the price and runs super cool (hardly goes over 60 degrees). NOTE this card is big and heavy. I would recommend getting a support bracket with it.

Recently got diagnosed with a severe case of upgrade-situs and the doc prescribed 16 GB of 7800XT. An absolute unit and such a worthy upgrade! Major uplift in all my current titles, runs extremely cool (as opposed to the outgoing trusty (& toasty) 5700XT), all the latest bells & whistles from the AMD skunkworks. It is just amazing. Then there is impeccable service from the Wootware team. Order placed, shipped and received within 24 hours! How do they do it?? Certainly they must all have graduated from Hogwarts. This magical service is beyond our muggle minds. They are the best in the business and only people worth supporting.

Awesome performance and unbelievably cool and quiet.

In these times value for money is a sore point. In current (Sep 2023) context, this card is that unicorn of good value vs performance. I chose it over the 4070 and RX6950 and I am not disappointed. DLSS is a loss and Nvidia has better video encoding, so consider that. I can recommend this card, but do your homework for your needs.

The card itself, and I’m sure it holds true for most RX 7800 XTs, is great. I’ve not had AMD/ATI GPUs since a R6870, and I’m really impressed by the drivers and performance in general. Switching from Nvidia was painless. Card has been 100% stable thus far, running cool and performing as expected. Haven’t tried any of the performance enhancing features such as FSR yet, but will likely only try those if the card is struggling with performance in a future title.
