Hardware is great, but the software is really bad. It was not obvious what to download from the AJAZZ website. I found the correct software but it crashed on my PC and did not detect the keyboard. It actually causes corruption of other program files.

I received my KB fairly quickly, went to go collect. But unfortunitely my KB was broken. The support team helped me a lot with the returns process and to get it collected. I am very impressed with their communication and willingness to help.

Fully understand that you get factory faults so not placing blame on anyone.

Love it once you get the right software you are golden game performance has increased and recommend using the cable that comes with the keyboard because my other type c cable I used resets my profits when I reboot my pc so it doesn’t safe but with the cable it does and supports 8k polling rate

As usual my dealings with Wootware are nothing but utter dealings of a class act from their end.
Due to the time of season and a backlog my item should have arrived later but they did all in their power to assist. Special mention Joshua ;)

As for this keyboard it is far quieter than expected heavily dampened which is wonderful stock.

The colour scheme I received appears more like the AK820-BG-MS on site with Moon Switches which I'm not opposed to but it's not the same colour as the MAX HE is advertised as.

it's the driver as well as rgb control, rapid trigger and actuation point control as well as setting for 8000hz polling or lower if you wish to drop it.

Typing experience is pleasant but I'd still have to put it through it's paces for outright performance but so far so good.

Wootware never fails to amaze just give them time and if something is wrong bring it to their attention and they will go the full 9 yards to sort you out.

My first Custom keyboard. I have not had it for very long but I am definitely enjoying it. It's very smooth feeling and makes a great noise for a pre build. I came from a blue switch keyboard and the difference is night and day, This is just much better to work with. I have not played games yet. Beware competitive gamers, this keyboard may not be for you. Please do further research as I think this keyboard has slower/higher latency than others which is not ideal for competitive titles. Other than that, Great feel(typing), good customizable RGB with the software from Ajazz website, solid and heavy build making it feel super premium, perfect size for those with not much desk space and makes a great noise(decent thock).

Very decent keyboard for the price and has a nice feel and sound. The software could use some work though with no indication on how to get the correct version without trial and error.

This is the best keyboard I've ever used. Thocky out the box, 75% layout is great for work, and the hall effect switches are a game charger in competitive titles.

Please don't let the name or price tag fool you, this is by far a better keyboard than most 4x it's price.

Two slight downsides:
- The software IS tricky to download, but once you've got it, its super simple to use.
- The lettering isn't transparent, so if you game late at night I suggest getting a new set of keycaps.

Very impressed with this keyboard featuring hall effect switches, great price with solid build quality. Its great for typing, even better for gaming and movement. The only downside so far is the that the keycaps don't let light through but that's not a deal breaker in my opinion. Previously had a Logitech mechanical keyboard and this feels night and day better.
