Running it on a msi a320 ,had in flash to the latest bios ,running perfectly on base frequencies.

I am very impressed with both the cpu that I ordered and the efficiency of Wootware. My order arrived a lot sooner than expected and in super safe looking packaging.

Pretty comparable performance when I tested it against an older rig, that has a i7 4790k in it which still goes for 5k. Cooler works well and feels sturdy, getting good temps.
Recommended for a budget build.

I bought this cpu as a temporary placeholder for my Gigabyte B550 Aorus, anticipating AMD's new generation cpus next year. I must say, I've managed to easily overclock the 3100 to 4,2 ghz with the standard wrath stealth cooler and maintaining temps that don't exceed 78°C. Gaming performance has been excellent, but I had a noticeable difference with the overclock. Great budget overclocker!

Awesome CPU. You don't need much more for pure gaming. Capable of running most games at high settings when pared with suitable GPU. It has some overclock headroom if you want to play around with that.

Great entry level CPU that punch way above its belt. Perfect for that budget PC build. Paired with a capable GPU, and you will be able to play most games.
