Fractal Design FD-W-L1-S3611 Lumen S36 V2 360mm Liquid CPU Cooler

In terms of looks this is an immediate winner and opening my case releases the most relaxing breeze of cool air. It's the first liquid cooler I've used, but it's set the bar really high - In 30 years of PC building I don't think I've ever encountered such a stable temp reading, no matter the workload.
Here comes the "but", and it's not a big "but", but it is slightly disappointing:
The installation manual may have well been written in hieroglyphics. It's an absolutely lazy, poorly planned and ignorant guide to setting up the cooler and I found the instructions vague and frustrating to follow. Fractal Design should follow Lego's example when it comes to wordless building directions. I ended up following a YouTube video that covered everything in a far more professional way, and I recommend users start there.
I'm maintaining a 5 star rating, because at the end of the day it's probably one of the best coolers on the market and a superb purchase.

I have tested this with a 28core i9 and it confidently keeps my system well within safe levels at all times. The fans are quiet, the glowing RGB is quite subtle and well done. Very happy with it.
