Western Digital WDS100T3B0A WD Blue SA510 1TB 2.5" SATA 3.0 Solid State Drive

This is a great product and works well with my games due to the high speeds.
However, I bought my drive in April 2025 and paid R1299 (vat incl.), now it is more than double the price, not even a year later at (R2699 excl.)

WD's are the only SSD's not to have caused me trouble in some way to date.

I had extra space for an SSD. Wootware was kind enough to help me confirm that it will work with my motherboard. It is easy to install and was well priced

After replacing an old laptop's HDD with this WD SA510, the performance went through the roof with the SSD read/write speeds of more than 50X faster than the old HDD!

After many days of watching ssd upgrade and many fail attempts today i managed to get the ssd to boot on the xbox one, the xbox is now running of the ssd as is much faster than the origanl disk it had.

Upgraded 5 Laptops with this SSD. No complaints. Works as intended & pleased with results.

Speeds are as advertised ~500MBps. Booting and shutting down happens in seconds, and games load 3-4 times faster than before.
