Not as expected, but the price is fine and the warranty is more than fine. Looks nice and just happens to fit my Phanteks P300 Red Theme. Bought this to hold an old 1TB Toshiba HDD. The lock is secure, but it isn't easy to open and a bit harder to close. I can confirm the entire enclosure is plastic except for the red part, which is some type of brushed metal. The metal doesn't contact the drive since there is plastic on the other side, only two small rectangle rubbers touch the drive to hold it in place and absorb some of the heat. Also non-clipping plastic tabs on the side hold drive in place. The packaging of the enclosure is nice, with a anime girl on the front. The instructions is not clear, it also include another pair of rectangular rubbers that I didn't use. The included USB cable is stiff, thick and short. Perhaps too stiff, in certain use cases it might lift the enclosure or bend the USB sockets on either side and might cause breakage. So I would recommend you get a softer 2nd cable to use. Speeds are consistent thanks to it's modern JMicron JMS578 Bridge Controller chip.
