This monitor upgrade was money well spent. I upgraded from 27" 1080p 144hz MSI monitor to the Dell 32" 1440p 165hz monitor. The increased resolution to 1440p is really good. For me, the colours on the monitor are really good and you get that nice deep "inky" black colours.

One thing that prospective buyers should be aware of is that using the HDMI port will limit your refresh rate to 144hz. This is a limitation on the bandwidth of the HDMI port. Using the DisplayPort (DP) output allows using the full 165hz refresh.

The monitor has a nice sturdy base and the vertical adjustment option is also very useful.
I've been using it for a week now and my only regret is that I did not upgrade sooner.

This is a brilliant monitor for the price... it exceeded my expectations.

So I've had my eye out for a 2k monitor for a long time and when I saw this one I fell in love I went from a 24" to 32" I'm so glad I didn't go for the 27" the 32" is just perfect for all my gaming, editing and work so much screen real-estate.

Coming from a 24 inch; 1080p; 144Hz ViewSonic monitor, this is quite the upgrade with the equivalent price point as a 32 inch 1080p monitor at this time.
The settings are straight forward with a joystick to navigation easily through the menus, the color gamut is extremely good for 1440p, response time is excellent and the high refresh rate is a big plus for a high end card.

The overall build is sturdy and the monitor's viewing angles can easily be changed without a hassle. Streaming's picture quality looks a bit better than my previous 1080p monitor even for lower resolution streams, with the biggest resolution improvements when it comes to gaming of course.

I'm quite impressed with this product, and as always, Wootware's excellent service with super fast delivery time.
It will be tough to go back to 1080p now XD
