Works.
I was afraid of buying a condenser microphone for just casual use, however the elgato wave link software provides out of the box audio effects in order to only capture your voice. This allows me to put the mic about 70cm away, next to my screen, and still have good mic quality.

Pros:
Works as advertised and very similar to reviews on youtube.
Headphone 3.5mm out jack very convenient for my headphones.
Quick adjustment knob on the front for mic gain and headphones volume.
Quick mute button at the top.
The out of the box 'voice focus' effect works great to remove background noise.

Cons:
The wave link software is a bit finicky. This is on windows 10 64bit. (remember to plug in the mic into a usb3.0+ port). The software breaks when sleeping and waking my PC. I have to restart the wave link application for it to pick up the mic again. I've reverted to adding a wakeup powershell script to force close and open the wave link software. I've seen the same complaint online, however I am not sure if this is due to win10 or just 'normal' in the current version (2.0.5).

I am by no means an power user of wavelink, or have the desire to add some advance voice effects. However, the out of the box options are good enough for me and the software is quite neat (except for the annoying sleep/wake issue).

I love using this mic so much. I love all the features it comes with especially a push to mute touch button. I love the software it comes with and all the features and add on capabilities. I am just enjoying it completely
