Awesome case, lots of room to work in. Great AirFlow and it really looks great. RGB on the Front Fans is really top notch. For the price what more could you ask for.

This is my second Phanteks case. I love them. Clean desing and super easy to use. Airflow so far seems way better than my older Cougar Panzer case I had which were great but I needed more airflow and the Phantek cases do great at that. Really great value for money and as i said easy to use / build your pc parts into.

Awesome case that I swapped to after I realized my chosen one would not provide the ideal air flow.
This case certainly delivers and looks great while doing so!

It's big, but not too big. Keep in mind price one pays for good airflow, this being more noise and dust. I recommend tuning your fans to keep a positive pressure in the case, at least when idling/not gaming. This should help with some of the potential dust getting into the case in hard to reach spots.

I'd also mention that the included fans are a little disappointing. They fit well in the case with RGB et al, but they are noisy and prone to a rather annoying vibration. For some reason the case fans don't come with the included vibration pads that one would get if you ordered the fan separately. Definitely consider buying some anti-vibration pads/frames.

I bought the Phanteks Ecclips P500a because my 12th Gen Core i9 got very hot in my old case. This case was easy to work in, and all my heating issues are gone because great air flow combined with a 360mm Corsair AIO. Love this case and very happy with my purchase. Thanks Wootware.

Nice case, this is a huge leap from a Coolermaster Scout to this and this so great I must say and so much room. I'm so satisfied with the capacity hdds it can take.

This case is amazing value for money for its price point.
I'd recommend doing some research when it comes to choosing the right case for your setup.
But personally, this case is incredible from a cooling/airflow perspective and looks amazing without breaking the bank.

Also one of the very few Mid-Tower cases that has proper support for a 360 AIO Cooler, while leaving ample space for ram + mobo clearance, so you don't have to do any "component mods" to get all the parts to fit together

Loads of space, and lots of accessories can be added, you can add GPU in different locations, and loads of space for multiple hard drives. Max air flow and quiet. Awesome.

The case arrived without a scratch or dent, really solid packaging.
It was a breeze to transfer my system into this case and now I can admire my components all day long. I don't use liquid cooling, but there is plenty of room for radiators and giant air coolers alike. This is easily the best case I've ever had and I would gladly recommend it.
For those who don't like RGB, you can easily turn it off.

Lovely looking case with 3 RGB fans which provides more than enough cooling for case. Good Cable management available and ample space to work with within the case. Only con was that it would be better if there was rubber grommet for cables instead of those sliding panels for cable management

Great quality as expected from Phanteks, the layout is amazing and I found the cable management extremely easy and the additional screws and straps included make it even easier, I run a Ryzen 5 5600x with a 360mm AIO mounted on the top and a RTX 3070 ti, my CPU max temp while gaming is 47c and my GPU is 66c under max benchmark load.

Awesome case that does exactly what I need. With the purchase of the add-on hdd mount I was able to fit 4 hdds within the basement and still have the case looking good

This is definitely the best PC case I ever used:

*Great airflow.
*ARGB support can change RGB fans colours easily and has two buttons on the pc case for you to change it. Even added extra 4 fans and works just fine.
*Amazing cable management
*Alot of fancy features
*Alot of space
*Very pretty looking case

My only 2 cons on this case is:
*No reset button (for DRGB model) the other models does have it
*Manual could have been better. As a first-timer with the DRGB case, they could have explained and show better pictures for this but I did eventually find out how it works.

But overall amazing case.

The case is very easy to work with, lots of space if you're skinny enough you can live in it(no bathroom though), the cables don't look like a crows nest after everything is installed also it's not lacking in the looks department!, I had a little trouble with the fans not turning however I figured out it was a software issue, specifically MSI Dragon Center, it would stop one or two of them while the other one was still fanning away, I let it tune the fans however this would only switch which fan would go on a "break", after adjusting the fan curve from default to a more aggressive setting and back, they all kicked in and haven't slacked off ever since. Thank you Wootware for your excellent service!

This chassis is beautiful, functional and overall extremely well designed for any need. I would recommend this to anyone looking to up their game. The airflow is absolutely amazing and building in it was a breeze. 10/10

You don't really think of features when it comes to a chassis. The P500A has good airflow, great cable management straps and enough RGB to light up your life.

One of the fans was underperforming. Had a chat with support and after I sent it back for testing, I was sent a replacement. All quick and efficient. Stellar performance from Wootware support.

Got this case a few weeks ago and I'm loving it so far, so much space to work with and move around in so it's a considerable upgrade from the otherwise dinky little cases I'd used before. My only issue is that the case itself doesn't have any fan controls or hubs to connect to, so an aftermarket fan hub was a necessary purchase to maintain clean cable management without crowding the fan headers on the motherboard. That said, the fans are stunning and incredibly good at what they do, so the previously mentioned issue is a minor one at worst.

I am a big fan of well engineered PC Cases and this unit is without a doubt one of the most build friendly units on the market, from the cable straps behind the motherboard tray to the excellent RGB.
I would recommend this case to anyone willing to spend the extra bit of money. This unit will last me many many years.

TL;DR If you have 4 HDD's, or you use 4 of the stack-able drive bays you will have trouble fitting in your PSU, even if it is much smaller than the size listed on the spec sheet.

Got the case after watching this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dhf97n0eqx4. Really happy with it. Not that hard to build in, all thou I am comparing it to a Cooler Master HAF XB Evo. Fans are great, and can be silent with the right settings. But if you leave it at default you will get this annoying humming sound. But this is all depended on how your motherboard or fan controller manages the fans.

I love all the space for radiators and fans. The cable management is also super easy and feels almost like cheating with all the velcro in the case to tie down cables with. I even got the RGB to work with open RGB (in Linux) after setting the number of LEDs to 30.

The one issue I had was when I plugged all my cables into my PSU I had a really really hard time fitting it into the case. All of a sudden all of the space i had in the bottom and in the back panel was gone. It was really tricky to try and move all the cables in such a way to not press up against the stack-able drive bays. I got the extra two drive bays, so according to the spec sheet I can fit in a 195mm PSU, but my PSU is only 165mm and it felt like it is not supposed to go in there.

But all and all, the case looks beautiful and I cant wait to show it off to my friends when the world becomes a bit more normal.

I'm loving it .Looks great and the Digital RGB Fans looks amazing.Airflow is super and great built quality on the entire chassis.The GPU support bracket is a joke and a total waste of time as it offers no support to the GPU and doesn't help with GPU sag at all.Still gets 5 stars from me tho.

To the other reviewer, Henry, there is no reset button on the RGB model of this case. If I'm not mistaken the non-RGB model has one. There is no HDD activity LED either. Personally this suits me fine as I can have a completely blacked out look if I want or turn on the RGB if I'm in the mood which lights up the strip along the power supply shroud and a thin strip along the top front.

I didn't have any issues with the cables in the case but removed the included fans and used my Corsair fans along with a Commander Pro.

A tip if you're going to be mounting a radiator or AIO on top - route your EPS and any cables needed by your pump or block first before mounting your rad otherwise space is limited and it's a bit awkward.

Looks wise the case looks nicer "in the flesh" then what you see in photos or videos.

Performance: The case does the job with cooling even after several hours of playing Flight Simulator 2020 at 4k. With an ambient temperature of around 21C the video card never went over 60C (RTX 2080 Super) with CPU around 50 to 60C. Fan noise does get quite loud at load though but that depends on your fan curves and how much noise you are willing to tolerate vs how much cooling you want. For desktop use it's virtually silent - the high airflow design allows you to set lower fan speeds when the system is not under load.

Building in the case: This is a large case and therefore fairly easy to work in. A removable top fan/rad bracket would have been convenient but I guess you have to pay more for that. The sliding covers for motherboard cables are just as meh as the reviews say - rubber grommets would do the job more simply. Velcro straps at the back of the motherboard side are great, much easier to work with than other examples I've seen. The key point is that the Velcro strips can simply be pulled open and unhooked at one side, it makes cable management ridiculously easy. The hinged glass panel is a nice touch and is held in place by surprisingly strong magnets.

Recommended if you have the space, this case is a big boy.

This might be my own ignorance but I had some issues with the fans and the DRGB connectors. I accidently broke one of the DRGB male cable pins, wanted that "click" sound when plugging it in but it never came.
For me personally the cables at the back was a mess when I opened the case. I needed to unscrew the fans and test cables to figure out how everything is working. But that's just my personality. For some reason I can't find the reset button cable, not sure if it's only my case. I will speak to wootware about it. Waiting on a friend to build his case to see if I am blind. Other than that the case is pretty awesome. the 3 fans at the front really helps with cooling.

If you want to keep the phantek branded plates on the inside of the case attached I would suggest pulling through the cables from the PSU first otherwise you'll have space issues . The top fan's cable is a bit short to neatly pull it through to the mobo, so if you don't have a fan hub keep that in mind. But again, reviews on this case were outstanding regarding cooling and relative ease of use and I will second it. You can take your time and sort out the dismal cabling out yourself which I have done and it looks quite pretty with the use of the standard phantek straps.
