The overall build quality was very good, however within the earcup under the thin layer of fabric there is some sort of 'pointy' structure, presumably serving as a kind of in-ear earphone in order to enhance audio quality in some way. While this might be beneficial on paper, in my experience this relatively sharp mechanism would relentlessly pinch against my inner ear every few minutes as I'd make even minor movements. This discomfort was completely unacceptable for even short-term use, and regrettably ended in me returning the product. Additionally, for such a high-end gaming headset it only comes with one set of pads for the ears, which in my experience are always the first thing to deteriorate over time, so I would've appreciated a replacement pair to come with the box. This is a welcome feature that I've found in significantly cheaper headsets previously (e.g. some of the HyperX Cloud series), which even offer an alternative material choice

The build quality is not as nice as the previous Arctis Pro headset from 3 years ago but is still decent and the wireless features were definitely improved. The Bluetooth and the WiFi channels no longer interfere with each other and overall the sound and user experience is phenomenal.
