Wootware deserves more than 5 stars! They're amazing at communication and guides you through the process of buying a custom-built PC, even if you're a newbie. Even though it's RAM-ageddon, thanks to AI, it's still a good choice to get components now. They are also kind and cares about customers' needs, plus their prices are really good. I want to personally shout out the sales consultant, Craig Scholtz for all the email updates. And 2 more shoutouts to Tristan and Liam for assembling my awesome PC!

Flawless custom-build experience. Wootware succeeded where other suppliers failed! Sourcing hardware for a specialised audio production build is rarely straightforward. Before coming to Wootware, we went back and forth with different suppliers, quote versions, and online searches for components. We wanted a single supplier and builder, for various reasons, including warranty. Before clicking through to the Wootware Component Builder, the path had been frustrating at every turn. Either the quoted specs completely missed our specific performance requirements, or key components were out of stock with no clear ETA. It felt like an uphill battle. I had initially not checked Wootware because, for a previous build, their quote had fallen short components-wise and had been higher on that build which had a different spec. Another supplier checked all the boxes for that one. It was almost as a "last resort" I thought let me check Wootware's online custom builder. In a single quick session, as I added components to the builder, I was amazed Wootware showed they had every single component we needed, with actual stock availability clearly visible. I placed the order and paid immediately, excited and relieved by their simple online process! Before I checked back with Wootware to find out when we could expect delivery, I was notified that one component in our build wasn't sitting at their Somerset West hub. Wootware had handled it brilliantly, sourcing the missing component before I checked back with them to find out when we could expect delivery. I was a bit frustrated I could not call Wootware directly, but quickly understood the Live Chat function on their Support Page was more than sufficient for communications and highly satisfactory! Although we had to then wait a bit, Craig Scholtz gave me a firm delivery date a week out, and we received our completed Dream Machine exactly on time, to the day, as promised. When the two packages arrived, the care taken by Craig and the Wootware technical team was obvious the moment we opened the boxes: * Meticulous Packaging: The outer protection was solid, and the internal components were fully secured with internal expandable bubble packaging to prevent any movement or stress on the parts during transport. * Clear Unpacking Guidance: The steps for removing the internal protective wrap and the setup before powering up were clearly labelled. * Ready to Roll: They pre-loaded Windows for us, which made our system setup and data migration exponentially smoother and far more automated than expected. Time saved, always a win. Simple purchase, fast delivery, and their support team is awesome. They reached out to me to make sure the GPU I ordered was compatible with my PSU (I checked beforehand, but it was nice to see them care). Came packaged nicely and worked perfectly!
