- Corsair on a budget, but mind the pump height - ANT, 2 December 2025
This is a good 240mm cooler if you like Corsair products and don't want to pay the usual Corsair price. Performance is on par with other 240mm coolers in this space and the main reason for getting this over the competition would be Corsairs reputation. Their AIO's traditionally come with good fans and pumps. I've had a 280mm Corsair AIO for years and it's still going strong. I'm not a fan of RGB in general, especially after getting into SFX builds.
Another + or - for this AIO is that it doesn't use ICUE to run. In that I mean, you can install ICUE but it won't even register as a device. It doesn't use their proprietary software to run which might be a pro or con for you (fan curves and pump speeds are set in bios or you simply leave it to do its own thing). It also features a single cable coming from the pump block, which is much better than the usual cable spaghetti that is Corsairs birth right.
Now, I mention the pump block height being a potential issue. That's because it's as tall as the Nautilus RGB version for no good reason, and won't fit into an SFX chasis like the Dan Case A4 H20 (side panel won't close). In my case, I removed the pump cap and replaced it with a 3D print with a much lower height spec. I found a .stl template file online and got 3DHub in Cape Town to print one for me. Worked a charm.
Of course, this was all before Wootware got the Montech Hyperflow Silent :) which would have 'literally' been a better fit for my use case. But hey, I found an awesome little 3D printing shop in the process - so worth it.
