I watched a few reviews about this card but I wasn't sure if it would be the best choice for an entry-level /mid-range GPU. Needless to say, I am more than happy with its performance. Reviews are great but it's not the same as just enjoying the product for what it is. My goal was 60 fps at 1440p and for most of the FPS that I play, it manages that easily. With RPG titles, it dips under 60fps at the highest settings but if you tweak your quality settings a bit then it's just fine.

My only regret is making this purchase at the height of the GPU shortage/scalping era so pricing was much higher than its MSRP.

Was a great upgrade for me granted I was on a 1070ti and it was fine but I wanted to test ray tracing and dlss and it works great. I was able to play older games like star trek online at 4k

It's a huge upgrade from my 1060 3gb. My games run 100% better, frame rates are excellent. I was considering the TI version, but really, this is enough for me. Very happy with this product.

Was running 2 x GTX 970's in SLi. Plugging in a card three generations later is a massive improvement.

The EVGA 3060 unit I got ran at 1935MHz out the box. Managed to get another 200MHz, that makes it 800MHz up from base, core clock runs at 2135MHz. Stays super cool around 65C° (ambient temp 21C°) under load and is silent. What a product!

Very happy keeping every title I have stable at 75fps in 1440p, High to Ultra settings.

At double the recommended sale price, still painful in the wallet.

If you're upgrading from a something akin to GTX 1060, this card offers literally double the performance.

You'll run ported titles like God of War with High settings at a stable 60fps @ 1080p, and Horizon Zero Dawn at 100fps @ 1080p with a mix of High and Ultra settings.
Other more native or optimised titles can hit a very stable 144fps at 1080p, or 60fps @ 1440p.
It Takes Two runs at 60fps @ 4k.

This is not accounting for the added benefits of DLSS, updated nvenc encoder, etc.

The base 3060 is not quite the card that the Ti variant is, and does lag behind in benchmarks considerably, but price-to-performance is important to consider and unless you're targetting 4k or very high framerates, this card does well to provide a solid gaming experience in a very compact form factor with very acceptable thermals and noise levels.

EVGA's build quality is a step above other brands' offerings at this price range.

Great service from wootware as always, they were also the most reasonable in terms of price for the card. Card to date performs outstanding, quiet and 4k gaming is great. Nice upgrade from my RX 570 8gb.

Highly recommend this card, great benchmark test results on my PC. Cheapest price was here at Wootware.
Don't try using this card on Windows 8.1. I had to replace a GTX970 graphics card on my PC. Got the RTX3060, no drivers for Win8.1. Upgraded to Win10, eventually. This particular card runs like a dream, and I can't be happier. Raytracing is adequate, but possibly because my Intel i7 is older.

Excellent GPU for machine learning.

The additional VRAM over the other 30 series GPU's(Excl. 3080Ti and 3090) helps for training small - medium datasets.

It also plays games well on my 1440p monitor and is a nice upgrade from my Palit GTX 1080 from 2018.

It is cool and quite and has no RGB and pulls about 150W on full load.

31 days after first installation: Performs even better than expected. Classic rugged EVGA build quality, excellent performance for "entry level" 30xx series GPU. Runs surprisingly cool and silent under stress.

Converted my pc to a small form factor build and it was a mission finding a GPU in this class that is less than 21cm. The price is best you're gonna find at this time and it performs as expected. Also has very good thermals and the fan stops when you're just browsing the web or doing lighter tasks.

So happy with this card. Price was the lowest I could find and the service and delivery were good. It is small compared to some other cards so I hope it lasts a long time, but using it for gaming has been great so far. Can max out all the settings and it still performs well.

This had been my best purchase in a while, card works fine, quick delivery. No issues as of now. Wootware never disappoints.

Great service, I ordered the card on Tuesday and had it by Thursday. The card itself is great value for 1080p gaming at very high settings and high frame rates, and it overclocks incredibly well, too.

Took a while to decide which card I needed with a setup of an MSI Gaming Edge Wifi MB, 4x8Gb G.Skill 3000MHz Ram, i5 10600k 4.1GHz up to 4.8 cpu. We know pricing was bit high but it was and is like that all round with shortage. Nevertheless I am still impressed, more so of the fact they went the extra mile to get it to me earlier so I could get it for my bday on 29 Apr 2021.

This is an absolute beast even when under high load. It just gobbles up everything I throw at it. The price might be a bit high compared to some retailers but if you've got the extra cash, it's definitely worth it. Needless to say, the service with Wootware is amazing as always. Thanks, Wootware!

Very happy with the evga brand prefer it over gigabyte and MSI and much shorter than the gigabyte with surprisingly better cooling and much heavier so less plastic on more steel. Performance as expected with 100 FPS on Warzone at max settings 1080p but easily gets to 200 FPS on low settings and stays below 65 degrees when pushing it. Highly recommended!

All games I'm running at 1080p hitting over 100FPS easily.
Runs cool and quiet and has plenty of head room to OC.
