I received the XPG AGAMMIXS60-2T-CS GAMMIX S60 2TB NVMe M.2 2 SSD from Wootware 07 August 2025 - Outstanding service from the Courier Company. Fitted the new SSD and immediately noticed that the PC booted perfectly and was much mores responsive unlike the way that it was with the older SATA 1 TB SSD, that was sluggish with boot problems. I got this nvme drive as my second 2TB drive. My first one has my OS on it and is a PCIE 5.0 drive. That 5.0 drive was about double the price, and honestly I don't notice the difference in speed. If you want a fast and affordable drive, this one is legit.

This has exceeded my expectation's as I literally picked the cheapest drive, 4.0x4 is perfect for my productivity needs and this drive is surprisingly fast for file transfers copy paste and gaming

Not quite sure what to expect out of the box, since there is little information available about this SSD. I was pleasantly surprised to find a modern SM2268XT controller with good quality QLC NAND flash on it. Out of the box this drive vastly exceeded its read and write specification, putting its performance not far off high end PCI-E Gen 4 drives. When faced with slightly tougher tests and higher queue depths it does not keep up performance quite as well as a high end drive would, but at the price and efficiency this drive is a fantastic option as a laptop or gaming drive.

The XPG GAMMIX S60 2TB SSD delivers impressive sequential read and write speeds, making it an excellent choice for a main drive and or backup drive. I opted for the S70 as the primary operating drive due to its slightly better performance; however, if budget constraints had been a factor, I would have been fully satisfied using the S60 as the main drive.
