I've bought 4 of these models for our school and I am very happy with them. They offer a huge amount of bang for the buck, though they aren't quite perfect. The VESA mount bracket is pretty rubbish, the cooling fan does tend to kick in quite often, the included SSD is from brands I've never heard from and the audio jack being on the front can lead to some cable clutter. The UEFI is not graphical and you can't get into it from the Windows Advanced Startup menu thanks to some lack of capability in the firmware itself.

That being said, the raw performance of the Ryzen 5 CPU and the Radeon GPU makes for a very performant little powerhouse. Absolutely perfect for most office use cases and many a classroom can get away with these types of devices as well. A tower may run cooler and quieter, but as hard as I've tried, I can't come close to putting together a system of comparable power that comes close to matching this little box price wise.

The value proposition here is fantastic. The specs are surprisingly generous for the price and form factor, and these little machines are just perfect for office environments. We will definitely be buying more of them

had this for a few weeks now my wife been using it for work and i must say if u look at the cost of building a clunky desktop for this amount of money u would not be getting anything great never mind a lap top lol very happy customer
