- Big Fan - Alec, 8 May 2026
Never used these quick connect type fans before, only know of these from Lian-Li and the Corsair iCueLink variants. If you are like me and hate cables and cable management this sure as heck makes life easier / better. Fans clip on to each other and sync up seamlessly. I run linux so I have to dual boot into windows to run the software for the lighting and fan control (but you can set up your fans in bios too). The neat part is the lights are fully customizable without plugging them into your motherboards RGB headers which for me is a huge plus since I just so happen to have bought a Gigabyte motherboard where the RGB firmware is hard bricked and just doesn't work. I also don't really love "rgb everything" but having a soft yellow/white glow doesn't hurt my all white build. For what it cost me, build quality and ease of use I would easily give these a 5 star the fans can get quite obnoxious (loud) if you run them at max but if you are after a quiet build I would suggest checking out brands or models where that is their focus. Performance wise these definitely push the same amount of air while looking better and being quieter than my previous set of ID-Cooling white fans.
