- Impressed with Palit - Ewie, 27 March 2023
Just bought it so can;t give a proper overview of the 3060 TI. But can bought a Palit 1070 5 years ago and had 5 years without any problems on it so can highly recommend Palit Hardware anytime,
- Great card and service - Nicholas , 6 January 2023
Great card, works just as well as other rtx 3060 ti and great fast service from wootware, arrived the day after ordering.
- Brilliant card - Reinhard, 7 September 2022
Brilliant card; performs like a beast. Upgraded after my 970 died and it's a huge jump. 149-165 fps in Doom Eternal on ultra-nightmare paired with a 5600x. Also runs cool and quiet - can't hear my system at all on idle and very reasonable fan noise when gaming demanding titles. This is my second Palit card, first being a 460 back in the day, and must say I'm very happy with their products build quality wise
In summary, highly recommended - Great performance, really good temps - Dave, 2 August 2022
The card is really good. It delivers on performance and maintains really good temps. For 1080p the card is perfect and for 1440p gaming, the card is good.
Also, buying from Wootware was an absolute pleasure. They are good at what they do. - Fantastic card - Sean, 1 August 2022
I have never had a Palit card before, however thus far it has not disappointed.
Verdict: card always remains below 70 degrees and has been performing brilliantly. I've found it to be cooler and performing much, much better than my 2070 super.
Also big thanks to Wootware for delivering the card the very next day!!! Brilliant service from your team. - Really happy - Gerrit, 14 April 2022
Really happy with this card!! Playing on 1440p and can basically run any game between Very High and Ultra settings. Card temperature doesn't exceed 67 degrees and loving the look of the card with the RGB. Had an issue with DX12 to try and enable DLSS and RX, but I had to change something in the registry(not card related). Would recommend this for anyone looking at 1080p or 1440p with a PSU between 600W and 700W. Wanted to get a 3070, but the 3060Ti comes very close and its more value per frame.
- Great value for money - Christian, 6 April 2022
I wanted to buy an RTX 3070 but was advised to buy this one instead and man, oh man, I am so happy with it, I can do any games at 1080p and 1440p with no issues at the moment. 4k with DLSS works great as well so this is the best value for money you can get.
Also works great with my Power Supply of 550 watts (I was worried about that) - Palit Geforce RTX 3060 ti dual fan GPU - Conrad, 16 February 2022
Pretty satisfied with the card, considering that it only reaches about 62-63 degrees celcius under heavy load, in a very hot, dry and arid location. Noise isn't too much of a problem for me either since I'm always using headphones. Great performance in 1080p gaming and good in 1440p. Also kudos for the prompt delivery - literally waited only 2 days. Love you guys ;)
- They're actually great - Richard, 18 October 2021
This is an excellent card, outperforms my other 3060ti's and as a bonus comes with cool LED lights, so far so good. GPU prices are scary so hoping they do come down in the future.
- Little Workhorse - Charl, 16 October 2021
Awesome card. If you need fully customizable ARGB then spend a bit more and get the higher tier card, but for monitoring temperature I find the GPU Temp RGB setting perfect for my gaming and game development needs
- Absolute unit without breaking the bank - Reuben, 5 September 2021
Easily dwarfs over a GTX 1060 3GB I've previously owned. Difference is night and day practically. Power might be a concern if you have a 600w PSU (Depending on your unit and PC specs, your mileage may vary) but nothing a little undervolting can't fix. Would still recommend a higher PSU if you have one though. 5/5 would buy again. Smashes 1080p and even 1440p in many titles without breaking a sweat. Can even play some older titles in 4K like its nothing and DLSS; for the games that support it, is a massive game changer. As Jensen Huang, CEO of Nvidia; once said, "It just works". If you can afford it, you can't go wrong with the RTX 3060 ti.
First card from Palit I've owned and so far, colour me impressed. Just gets the job done without looking too bad as well. I like the minimalist styling and the RGB is pretty bright too (Not as bright as say Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro RAM but still close enough). Would recommend a case with good airflow to help dissipate warm air easier otherwise, the air from the card itself will blow over your CPU cooler or RAM, depending on their position to the card due to the flow-through design of the back half of the card. The fans on the card are also a little bit loud out of the box but that can be fixed through a custom fan profile through any overclocking software, not just through Palit's own software, Thunder Master.
An easy pickup for anyone looking to do an upgrade to their card and shoutout to Wootware for their amazing service. Will be buying more from here in the future. - Good, but a bit worrying at first - Ross, 5 August 2021
Got mine last week, but it seems my psu 500w gold wasn't strong enough. Upgraded my PSU to 650w silver, everything seems to be perfect. So far very happy, lets hope it stays that way for a long time.
- Great Service - Francois, 8 July 2021
Placed my order Wednesday morning , received the parcel next day. Super impressed with the service.
Will give review once pc is up and running.
Thank you Wootware!!!!!!!!!!! - Bang for buck - Eugene, 4 February 2021
Great card, I have a Palit that outlived a Gigabyte and is still going strong.
- Wow, Really WOW - Gareth, 7 January 2021
EPIC GPU !
So this GPU... Is crazy ! I can max out every game I have played so far and hit well over 120fps (Was even hitting 180 fps in some) (Without Ray Tracing on) With ray tracing and DLSS enabled it still does an amazing job. The RGB lighting is cool and can be controlled through Thrust Master software, which you can download off Palit's website. The card also runs cool. Didn't see any temps above 72 degrees. My case though is well ventilated. 5 x 120 mm fans, 4 pull air in and 1 pulls air out [aka: Positive air pressure - I find is the best option as there is definitely air getting to every spot in your case ] My CPU temps haven't changed, even with the GPU's cooling design. I thought my CPU would bottleneck the GPU and I haven't played anything yet where I see my CPU even get near 100% usage. Right now the CPU is hovering around the 45/65% usage mark in COD - Black Ops COLD WAR (Multiplayer Resolution 2560 x 1080), I will have to do some more testing though as I have only played 4 games on it. But over all great GPU, money well spent ! Also thanks to wootware for the great service, fed ex dropped off the gpu this morning at 7:30AM :)
MY PC:
CPU:- AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @ stock
Ram:- 32 Gb DDR 4 @ 2666MHZ (Corsair Vengeance)
MB:- MSI B450
PSU:- RaidMax Thunder 735 Watt Modular - 80 PLUS Bronze
DISPLAY:- LG 34 Inch Ultra Wide 75HZ FreeSync (2560 x 1080)
- Great but needed tweaking - Gary, 5 January 2021
So, this is a great card. Runs the games I'm currently playing amazingly at 1080p.(Cyberpunk, AC Valhalla, and Cold War)
I've read that the RGB bothers some people but it is exactly what I wanted, so this is a plus for me.
The only concern for me is the card gets hot and therefore requires the fans to blow more, and they can get a bit loud. The main thing I noticed is that my CPU fan was going crazier than normal and was hotter than normal. This seems to be due to the blower style this card adopts, which is the open part at the back/top of the card. The hot air from here seems to be being sucked up directly by my CPU fan (Phanteks PH-TC12DX_BK 120mm). I've read that this helps get rid of the hot air if you have a back fan exhaust but for me it's just been causing problems as my CPU fan is going crazy as well as the cards fan itself. I have had to tweak the fan curve of the CPU fan and to also up the % that the front 3 fans are running at to hopefully get more cool air getting to the CPU fan intake. I also tweaked the top 2 fans to have the front(er?) blow more call air and the back(er?) one exhaust more air. You might also have to change the fan curve of the card itself as the default setup was just too loud. My tweaking did increase the average temperature to around 75 C but for me the decrease in noise was a worthy trade. My case is the Phanteks P400 with fans everywhere.
If I could go back in time and know what I know now, I would rather spend the extra R1000 and get the GamingPro OC version of the 3060 Ti. The temps here should be better with the 3 fans and should also be quieter. The blower exit is also be further away from the CPU fan so there is more chance for cool air to reach it instead of the blazing hot air.
Rating it 4 stars as the card itself is great and smacks games running at 1080p. If you don't care about noise, then buy this card. But if you're like me and need everything to be perfect, cool and quiet - I would say get the GamingPro OC version. - Awesome Performance and Great Value For Money. - CHARL, 14 December 2020
Was luck enough to get this as it came out and really happy with the performance, comfortably runs everything at Highest settings in 1080 and 1440P. Card runs cool too never going above about 71 degrees under full load in a well ventilated case. Great looking card too with the RGB and for the price it's well worth it. Whomever buys it will be very pleased and as always the service from Wootware was amazing. Happy to support you guys anytime.
- Value, Function and Performance over Form - Quinton, 14 December 2020
TLDR: This is cheap, but not "CHEAP". If you want Ampere RTX performance and value, this is it.
This is not a looker of a card. But it performs excellently. Spend the extra cash for the looks if that is an important factor to you. If you want high performance and decent power consumption and don't care about it being pretty and want to save a fair bit to spend elsewhere (or if you are frugal Scot like me) you will not go wrong with this card. This card is cheap (relatively speaking) and it is not "cheap", even if it might give that impression. It is solidly built albeit rather solidly plasticky in nature. At the moment, this is probably the best value Nvidia 3000 series card if you can live with the looks. Performance wise this baby hangs in with the pack in the benchmarks I ran. It also has a fairly decent ability to overclock memory and GPU, bearing in mind its power and cooling limits. Using the default settings in 30 degree C plus ambient temperatures it has not gone over 75 degrees C in long sessions of gaming (Watch Dogs Legion and recently Cyberpunk 2077) and it is not the quietest but quite acceptable. This replaced a GTX 1080 and wipes the floor with it performance wise, especially with the new titles coming out. It is great for 1080p and very strong for 1440p in everyting I have tried it with. 4k depends, but if you can live with a few compromises its pretty decent for that too. RTX and DLSS are excellent reasons to buy one as these will become increasingly relevant and more then just a nice to have. VRAM at 8Gb is perhaps a bit small (the smaller 3060 may have 12Gb it seems, check Videocardz) and will hurt the future proofing of this card to some extent, but you will still get years out of one of these. Definitely recommended. - Palit GeForce RTX 3060 Ti - Grant, 14 December 2020
I bought this to replace the good old GTX 1060 6gb and I must say, it's day and night. I am only using it for 1080 gameplay at the moment but it pretty much maxes everything out. Cyberpunk 2077 on very high settings is smooth, even with Ray tracing enabled. Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 on max settings is also really stunning. Then Doom Eternal on max is also completely smooth, set to 60 frames, it's solid all the time.
It's my first Palit card, but I don't think there will be any problems with a 3 year warranty. It also looks pretty cool in my case with a bit of a minimalist look that I personally like, just a bit of cool lighting. I think this card will do the job just fine for the next few years. I was going to get the 3070 but really, performance is so close and the 3060ti uses less power and fine for 1080p. - FANTASTIC CARD! - Christopher, 14 December 2020
The RTX3060Ti is a beast of a card! The cards smashes at 1080p and 1440p gaming. Just have to note that the graphics card is quite powerful so to get the most out of it you should pair it with a decent CPU. AMD Rizen's 3600X or Intels i5 8600K should be perfect for this card. I am only running an Intel i5 8500 and am still smashing games like Call of Duty Warzone (100+ FPS), Cyberpunk 2077 (80+ FPS High Settings - RTX ON / DLSS ON). The frames would be even higher but my CPU is a bottleneck for these games.
Luckily Wootware's service was absolutely amazing (as always!). They responded to all my queries instantly, and delivery was fast. Wootware be ready for my CPU upgrade soon! - Great - James, 10 December 2020
Works perfectly no hassle rgb looks amzing
- Fantastic Card worth every cent - Antonio, 8 December 2020
Bought this card 2 hours after it was available, as always fantastic service from Wootware got delivered the next day! Card is an absolute beast especially at 1080p Theres nothing it cant handle on ultra with raytracing on full. Im very pleased.
Running a 500w PSU & Ryzen 5 1600AF works perfectly.
- Great price for a great card! - Reece, 7 December 2020
TL;DR Performs fantastically, looks like Shrek.
Great price for this card! Performs extremely well for the price and the cooling solution is completely adequate for this GPU, it's not the most quiet but definitely gets the job done. Load and idle thermals have been very low compared to my old 1080Ti FE.
The only area I can fault this specific SKU in is the looks, it's looks even worse in person. The cooling shroud and backplate look and feel cheap, the LED lighting along the hexagonal area of the backplate is not uniform at all and becomes quite an eye sore , especially if you have a glass side panel and are looking at the card all the time. - Awesome! - DeadReply, 6 December 2020
I was concerned with going for the entry level 3060 Ti, but after multiple reviews, it was the clear choice as the performance difference between the top rated models and it were not even worth the extra cash, loving the card and working amazingly for my 1080p 144hz monitor!
