Wootware Labour

I could go on forever about wootware's service. I refuse to use any other store for my PC needs - they have always gone over and above regardless of the order! This is the first time I let a company install new PC components for me and I couldn't be happier :) They cleaned my RIG, neatened all the cables and did a superb job at switching out my new motherboard, CPU and CPU liquid cooler. Anything you think you can do well, they can do better. The price is great too! Saved me hours of work on my PC. Working like a dream now :)

I had an extra 16gb of memory installed and am very happy with my purchase. This machine, although in the budget range, is coping with some light development and content creation.

I initially asked Wootware if they sold a Lenovo laptop with more ram (8gb in 2022…) and a larger SSD (512 GB)
They were fast to reply (as usual) and advised that the model we wanted would need to be upgraded, based on my request they gave me feedback on an SSD and appropriate ram we could purchase.
I wasn’t in the mood to perform an upgrade myself or void any warranty associated in doing so. So, I decided to ask Wootware to perform the upgrade.
They were very communicative, asked me if I would like to have windows installed on the new SSD, which I asked for and they did, one negative point here I needed to expand the partition on the SSD to the full 1 TB myself, which wasn’t an issue.
Other than the original packaging being opened I would not know that anyone touched the laptop, there was no damage or fingerprint marks on the device.

5 stars for fast turn around time, excellent communication and the feeling that Wootware actually cares for your product.

Replaced the ram module on my new laptop and even sent the old module along with it. Happy with the RAM upgrade and will use Wootware in the future again.

I have bought two computers from Wootware in the past year, and I cannot fault their service in any way.

They have been very efficient, professional, reliable and trustworthy. They even include the empty packaging of the components they installed on your system, and carefully repackage everything the way it came from the factory.

They also answer all questions you may have beforehand, deliver quickly and communicate throughout the entire process.

If you need to buy a decent computer, this is the place!
